No, if you will not cook it well, it can cause stomach ache. Dapat talaga magmantika para lumabas ang matamis na lasa ng gata na nagpapasarap sa lutuin. I advise to scoop any excess oil kung di nyo gusto ang sobrang mantika.

Adobong may gata is my favorite, siempre I'm from Bicol..haha Actually po, ang adobong may gata, konti toyo lng nilalagay, kaya hndi sya masyado dark. Pero siempre option na yung ng nagluluto. Try nio din magluto pininyahan na adobo...ah sobra sarap.
