I love it when the intro is “the (insert country name) player does something kinda out there” only for it to be Bokoen. As though he’s not writing those intro cards. My favorite is when it’s “the (insert country name) player tries an out there strategy and it fails miserably.” The instant reveal that said country is Bo always gives me a laugh.
I have a question for the MP enjoyers here Why are some mechanics outright banned instead of nerfed I get things like sub 3s but why is human torpedoes generally frowed upon?
Because it's too asymmetrical: Italy just needs to press a decision to potentially do a lot of damage to the Allied Med navy with minimal costs, and the Allies have to do a lot of annoying navy micro for where they dock their ships to not lose the Med navy until the Italians press their button (and they don't get a clear notice when Italy has pressed their button). Which means Italy gets a "free" permanent distraction against the Allies if they are allowed to press the button, but never actually press it.
