In Italy it's very very complicated to renovate a house. It could take more than a year and you need to have good relations to explain everything. So Good luck to the byer. Don't be naive, you need to have a real expert who know the market, the emplacement and can really evaluate this home for the right price.

I certainly do think the heating system would be a must to change right away. Maybe checking electricity to make sure that and any fireplaces are alright to use. But the heat as the real estate person mentioned would be independent/gs, and so it may not be meant to use so much during cold months of the year? But more a vacation home right now? If anyone could find a way to heart it well that would change but the windows or floor especially may need to be changed with something to make sure they are not too cold underfoot in Winter, perhaps? Rugs or some other kind of covering. Even partially placed down would help? Heat rises so It may be warmer up there once good heating is put in? This would be a lovely home if someone had money to just do the' main things' to make it livable all year long this would be so perfect. maybe updating the kitchen too? . Flowers outside could then make this a fairytale home. A small Villa. I certainly could see the most perfect home of paradise with the stillness and nature around you, type of home, and yet you would not be living out so far and alone, making it the perfect for many. *If you have children you may need to check out schools if living there all year?* Could you imagine during the Summer months doing all the work*like a teacher or someone able to do this?* or living there having someone else do it, and seeing it come together and then make it an all year home to live in, once ready to live hr during Winter months as well !!?? **Just takes a bit more money from the bank than the asking price, if someone can do it? Then you have one perfect home!
