Can't watch anymore. I don't care that it was a tower 500 years ago - you miss half of the property in all of your tours... No look at the cantina, no look at that loft in the dressing room, right past doorway after doorway. Maybe instead of 25 shots at the countryside just tour the whole house? I'm not buying the mountain 76 kilometers away... show the house. And this slow motion crap is not artistic it is just aggravating and a waste of my time. A 20 minute tour that takes you 45 minutes.
lol lol views yes ,,, old stone yes ,,, design NO ... location NO .... redesign $$$$ if you can get the trades to do what you want ... my valve to be fair would be in the 200's ,,, and that's for the view and stone ,,,,, given you can buy a small 2 bedroom with a view and older stone for a little as 35
And they thought they would get one million dollar for this? Maybe they got, I wouldn't have paid a cent over 300.000. Strange house. Stairs everywhere, no nice room anywhere... The house is a total mess! And the garden? Only grassfields. And if you not play football nor golf, so? Put some horses there? Where are all beautiful flowers? There is nothing. Nothing at all.
Ooh, nice place. Bedroom 2 is my fave, I love the painted beams, the bedhead, the hanging lights, and the peep hole window. The view from the first building over to the second building is divine, loving all the vine/ivy coverage. So, what exactly are we looking at through the glass of the last bedroom/apartment? Where does the ladder go? Is it a well? What a gorgeous property!
When you learn a property has been sold, would you update the description to reflect it has been sold, please? It would be extremely helpful if you could do that. I fell in love with this property, and I wondered if it was still available. The real estate site is down at the moment, so I couldn't check. It probably isn't because I just noticed this video is a year old. Congratulations to the buyer.
Hi Nick, I need clarification on something. When you walked through the arch toward the gate you said the courtyard was owned by the apartment but used as a communal space. Do you mean the courtyard between the arch and the gate which people would use to get to their cars? If not, do you mean the courtyard through the second gate? Why did you laugh when you said the apartment would become part of a condominium? Is that a bad thing? You said when the apartment is sold it becomes part of a condominium. Does that mean the long path to the grassed area garden becomes communal property as well or does it remain private? What if the new owner builds a pool? Remains private or becomes a communal area?
Hi Nick. Thank you for all your videos. My husband & I eagerly anticipate & watch each one. I have a question I hope you can answer. I frequently see a design feature in older Italian farmhouses where there is a flight of steps leading up to a covered front door on the first story (not the ground floor where stables used to be). Is there an architectural term or even an Italian term for that unique feature? Thank you🙏🏻
What a FANTASTIC place. I was pointing at the screen saying, "I'll take that and that and that." That door is great. It does look as if it were part of the original building. You did a wonderful job. Is the stove (hob) inside a fireplace? If so, that mantle is huge. When you showed the special room which made you purchase the home, it made my jaw drop. I suggest to frame your 100K subscriber plaque in an antique box frame. I think it would make the plaque stand more. WOW! What a room. What for will you be using that room? What are your plans for the building?
A hidden emerald green gem! Love the simplicity of the bedrooms. Room for art is beautiful. Need to utilize the height of that room. Nick you do find beautiful gems! Thank you.
The living room would make an awesome art studio, with all the natural light and space. The large first room would make a great theater. Thanks for showing us Nick!! You always find the stunners!! 😊
Nick, I drove right by this place today. I was on my way to another area and I saw “Todi” and thought “I wonder if that place is easy to find.” Then I got lost and as I rounded a corner I saw the well! Those streets coming down from there are NARROW!
Really beautiful with a lot of potential. If you did not have a big family, the way the property is laid out you could even turn it Bed and Breakfast if you have the other needed skills to run one.
This would make an amazing family retreat for vacations! I think 1.8m isn't _too_ bad concidering the sq.mtrs as well as the plot size _and_ the pool size 😊👍👏 As always Nick, a _very_ enjoyable tour of an interesting property. Looking forward to the next one! Take care, and happy hunting! Best wishes from Peter & Nanette 🇩🇰🇺🇸
Hi Nick, great video. You're a mine of top information, and so generous and good-humoured in sharing everything with us. Much more than just a dry property channel. So enjoyable and your selection of properties is enticing, to put it mildly. Thanks. Best to you Nick, and to everyone, from Brussels, John
Nick. I love this place & price. But I'm not going to be able sleep until that tunnel is boarded up. Something could be living down there. And may want to say Hello. !!!
Hi Nick, Can you update your videos to note if a property has been sold, please? I can't find anything on this property. I don't know if that means it has been sold or if I'm looking in the wrong place.
