This is how Turkish Soldiers are trained. Those two people ask soldiers how many days they did not eat or drink anything because they have to be durable for hard conditions while they are on duty. At first, one of the main soldiers says that there are lots of things that you can eat outside, from baklava to iskender. The only condition to eat those meals is, saying the name given them. The first soldier gives the name because he did not endure it. (the reason why a name is written on those paper is that if one of them is kidnapped, they have to keep quiet and stand other soldiers up.) The second soldier does not tell a name, instead, he sings a song, which is vamped by other soldiers. And they want that name from them (if they give the name, can escape from the training but basicly thats mean this person betrayed the army) so this soldier dont give his friend's name. And starts to singing and his friends go on. So they want the soldiers be like if they catch by enemies, wont betray them. Because they are in a special forces team which has got really hard conditions

I have no idea what the eff that subtitles were about, but they definitely had nothing to do with the scenes on the screen. This is torture training, the soldiers are hungry for 7 days, thirsty for 2 and sleepless for 3 days. The commanders got a table prepared with amazing meal and icy water, and if the soldier tells them the name on the paper, they can leave the course and eat and drink and sleep. Which also means they snitched and failed. I think almost any army in any country has a similar training, at least for commando level. I am quite amazed how oblivious you are too all stuff military, lol. I am a woman and even I have some ideaa from the movies I watch during years :P
