HERE'S A LIST OF ALL THE INGREDIENTS YOU'RE GONNA NEED:
-vialone nano rice / arborio rice / carnaroli rice
-carrots, celery stalks, onions & tomatoes for your vegetable broth
-a glass of white wine
-dried mushrooms / frozen mushrooms / mushrooms in any form for your risotto ai funghi
-squash, salt, pepper, dried onion, dried parsley, olive oil for your pumpkin puree, which you're gonna need for your risotto alla zucca
-grated cheese (I used parmigiano reggiano for my mushroom risotto, and pecorino romano for my pumpkin risotto) / butter for la mantecatura IYKYK
