@@SierraSchottsTours This neighborhood is not suitable for living. There was a protest this week against a gas plant that is apparently planned in that neighborhood, the company has bad history. There was a deadly triple shooting case back in 2019 February. So, clearly it's neither safe nor secure neighborhood. And wildfires are devastating California anyway. No ones gonna sink 4 Mil in a house there.
Yeah, pretty sure most of the people watching videos like this aren't doing it for the house they have a 0.0000000000001% chance of ever owning (that includes me)

This is first vid I've seen from this channel. I normally view other real estate channels for good investments. The house is well designed and interior tastefully furnished. Sierra looks stunningly beautiful. Good property preservation ☝️😎

It was hard to concentrate but made it through watching this :) Master bath is very cool, really like the backlighting on the shower wall and see thru fire place by bath tub, view of the pool and surrounding landscape is breathtaking, as is the pool design with swim up bar area. Can’t wait for your next video!!

I knew it the toll brothers house from the insta stories, Toll Brothers do a very great job they build like 1000s of houses but they give attention to detail to every single one of them!
The property looks like in the Westcliffe area of Porter Ranch, I live in the neighborhood. The night time view looking over the Valley is a real treat. Thank you for sharing!
Very design feature rich house and it goes on an on. Toll brothers tend to use a mesa palette, tan instead of white walls and I think it would pop somewhat more in modern tones but it's pretty good. They also skip infinity pool edges which seems like an obvious choice from this nicely elevated vantage point. I'm not local but I like that north valley location because you can get a view and new luxury construction for much less than the santa monica mountains and still only maybe 12 minutes from Universal. But perhaps the prices have already started going up. The gloss wood wall has to be the same as ceramic tiles with marble look with just a wood print instead. Fossilized wood :) The view of the neighborhood is a little cookie cutter, if they could break that up, it might raise property values. An LA basin view looks more organic and I'm guessing it could mean as much as a million more. Not easy to fix after the fact.

For a sec I thought this crazy covid pandemic has me now experiencing deja vu stuff till I realized I watched Darren Kriz's vid of the same house just yesterday. Beautiful home for sure and Sierra's radiant personality makes for a wonderful home tour.

@@SierraSchottsTours for what its worth, i like the lower priced ones (even though they're all multi million dollar homes) because I get more realistic ideas to add for my own house. I cant afford a $65 mill home but a $3 mill home in cali is $600k in suburban Detroit. Which is much more doable for common folk
[ Like ] :) I really liked the main bedroom; especially the bathroom area. Although I prefer my closet as not part of the bathroom. That toilet stall ....ummm ....I might go blind sitting there. :) I'm not a pool person, but I did like that grill area. Very cool. Very cool indeed. As for the kitchen .....not hating it, but not liking it either. The layout wasn't to my liking. I know. I know. It's all a matter of taste. :) You do a splendid job of presenting these properties to us. I'm sure you rehearse but it doesn't come across that way, which is good. You speak into the camera in a more natural way; not robotic. Speaking of camera (man) - he does a great job too; you point out something or say a key word and he's focused and zoomed right on it. :) And please don't take this wrong, but I also like the fact that he doesn't chime in with a bunch of comments. Again, he does a very good job. Okay, so I am going to ask two questions: (1) Will you also do luxury condos? These homes are great and all, but sometimes a person just wants a little less space. :) (2) So .....ummmm .....what material are those pants you're wearing; velvet or velour ? LOL :)
Wow. First of all this is my first time viewing the channel - instant subscribe. I love how you show the house and zoom in on the details. I hated not seeing inside the garage - I know they can be filled with show-home items which puts them off-limits. Now, this house is in the middle of a LOT of houses, what we in the UK call "an estate"! But that can be ok. It has an elevated position. Also some people (my wife) love being near others and don't like the idea of being "in the middle of nowhere"! Saying that, the interior details and layout of this house, especially they way it has been staged, are stunning. I've seen MANY high-end house tours and this is really up there with the very best. Including properties well above $20m. The developer and interior designers have done fantastic work.

It's funny how Safi is trying to hide every time there is a mirror or a tv. Very professional but he shouldn't be so worried to be in the video for a second.

Just think, for almost 4 million dollars you can hear your neighbors sneeze, look out into the arid dry brown landscape then turn around and look at a sea of tile roofs. Not for me and in no way am I critiquing the video or the woman, just the home. But hey, to each his own.
