these videos are sooo good, sierra! when i first found this channel just over a month ago, i assumed you guys already had 100k+ subs judging by the quality of everything and i’m still surprised you don’t! i really hope this channel continues to grow because you guys honestly deserve it. i find a lot of the other realtors/hosts from other similar channels to be super annoying or just overly fake for my liking but you’re the perfect mix of professional, funny, and dorky(but in the best way possible💛 😋lol). you should do vlogs! 💁🏻♀️ also, i know it’s just normal for you and not that big of a deal, but i’m still amazed by your knowledge of everything about these properties 🙆🏻♀️ your editor and camera person are awesome as well!

As an artist of many disciplines including (metal sculpture, furniture builder, painter and home renovator your videos offer me unlimited inspiration to expand my natural boundaries of imagination and creation. I'm not 100 on the concrete look but I quite like the clean elegant classy cozy and friendly interior plus the cozy peaceful terrain. It doesn't have the quintessential LA basin view but that would be 5-6 million more. Yard functions well and there is an adventurous complexity in the house. I'll take it if I can get it written into the contract that Sierra is part of the staging :)
It's always fun to have the address and go check out on Google maps the old house that was standing there before. I gotta say this one was the most dramatic change I've seen so far!

Hi Sierra, I read the comments and many of my thoughts have already been addressed especially the exceptional camera work, presentation, information, attention to details, your beauty, down to earth aspects(slight trip, adorable Los Feliz pronunciation, sunset and night views(I know that’s a lot more time and work after the obviously extensive amount of effort you already did for this wonderful video). Please continue to always share the property line beyond retaining walls or other “structures” like infinity edge pools when no obvious demarcation points are visible or displayed. I love some degree of privacy so please share how much the new plantings will hide when fully grown and approximately how long that will take. The reverse is also desirable if the existing foliage blocks views or natural light. I like that Safi and you don’t “cover up” the neighboring homes so a true picture of what’s visible from both angles are displayed. In this presentation I would have loved to see where the 2 side gates lead without watch the video again and making then retaining a mental note of the front view. I have to confess that I did watch this several times and had to rewind even more because a certain beautiful person distracted me from the words and/or the home.🤭😞😏😍 I can tell you have exquisite taste and style so if you can insert a few more options that you can see to some of the designs without criticizing the home like adding a water feature to the back retaining wall or like you mentioned another fire pit to the seating area. To conclude this very long comment, I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, did I say LOVE ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️ this channel! Great work and I can tell it’s a lot of work to both of you! I am now going to watch more of your videos even of the homes that I am not considering.

This is a great house. Seems like a great location, excellent layout and build quality. It is a bit odd to see an LA home without a home cinema, but what I think it is definitely missing is a home gym. Other than that just great 👍👍👍

Hey Sierra. Question about the grass... Is the grass around all the cement pavers of the faux type or is that just in the front driveway? I love the look... The house is great except for bathroom lighting. I really thought the exposed electrical wires made them look unfinished. Did they stand out in person as well? Great video as always, y'all!

Enjoyed the vlog and just happened to notice there were no ceiling fans in this house. Is it common not to have ceiling fans in a modern style house or is it just this one?
