That is a wonderful ending of pit people. The wish animal thing goes up the the bear and most likely gives the bear a wish and that would be for his best friend to come back to him.
I know I’m a year late, but there is another ending that has HoneyHug and HoneyKiss together again, with some ominous ass music. Might be hinting* towards Behemoth’s next game idea, but who knows, it could always be the happy ending we all want for everyone.
@@slimebucket642Well the hat is still possessing Hatty and likely still is a threat to everything. So it could be as simple as a fish flipping over Hatty and the laser hitting the planet then a giant hole in the planet is created.
This is literary what I just saw and i just made this post on this so whatever I actually look at the video when I hear gluten's voice me: I love gluten me 1 second later: 😳 9:36
The connection between all III games is hatty, he was in castle crashers, Battleblock theater, Pit people, Alien Hominid had a connection to castle crashers so everything is connected, I T A L L M A K E S S E N S E N O W
The words "It all makes sense now" have never hit harder than in these games. Edit: Rewatching the ending of Pit People and rationalizing that Horatio went on a ruthless murder spree because a grieving bear took his son (not even killing the son), and then we go and screw over the bear even more and rub it in their face; I don't think I've played a game where I feel like the villain quite like this-
@@LordThomasPassion there are quite a few points where you are just a complete ass tho But that doesn't really excuse how we treat the bear either way-
So my theory is that the gems that allows you to complete a level in BattleBlock is the power source to the hat, and for every gem that you collect, the hat gets more and more control over Hatty, until he's almost dead, and dumped into the sea, which triggers a defense mechanism in the hat, that kills the bear, and starting the story of Pit People.
I think the hat sniped the bear. It is heavily invested in unending suffering and cruelty. So ruining cosmic beings and polluting the world in their viscera seems like something up its alley.
Welp, that makes TWO games that end with an evil giant bear in space with the objective of causing an apocalypse but finally seeing the error of their ways and realizing that they were stuck in the past.
Back into the ocean, after the speckled horse reverts time to bring things back to normal, he still exists in the ocean since he was never picked up by Honey Kiss
@@peewee0105 surely the laser beam would had still happened , someone would have thought to seek for answers. I mean an abandoned island with a theatre built atop it.
By the way, the end of battleblock is also related to the new game from the behemoth. At the end, a beam from Shdyapa Hatty knocks down a UFO. And in the trailer for the new game, she is also knocked down by a green beam. Does this mean that battleblock has more ties to the games from the behemoth than we think. I think in the next game there will be references to the end of the battleblock. Because this game is a masterpiece. Aaaand. The hat of Hatty has found on a red crystal. And the final boss of castle crashers was flying on it. OMG. I thought that there games are too different
As a game designer and a world builder, seeing someone make games that connect and have such humor and passion put into them is genuinely inspiring. Years of playing these games, the nostalgia, the friendship, the laughs, Even if the connected ending was just a goof between the creators, it genuinely brought tears to my eyes. It was such a nice closure to all of our fun we’ve had in the past, and all the adventures we’ve been on. I got happy tears from this! 🤍
@@skyray16 wow i would love to make a video talking about the connection to all of the games but i only have castle crashers BBT and Pit people. And not the alien game msg me on discord so I could have the info for the video.
@@mn3studios931 The bear is evil, he manage the power behind the hat, that's why hatty killed him. There's a lot of things that explains that in battleblock theater, like the Davy Crockett cit. at the end of bbt. He was known for hunting bears, and honey hug in the wall ("honey hug is nigh"). Also, if you watch honey hug eyes, you'll see they are the same color of the evil hat power. HH is evil, and it's still alive. Look pit people second ending
just going over this again something hit me i have a theory as follows: in BBT (Battle Block Theater) we have a narrator that seems to have no problem at all during the game whilst in Pit People we have a narrator that is also the antagonist of the story and later on we learn that his friend was killed from hatty's beam as we see in BBT and Pit people that very same "bear" got hit but at 4:50 we see both the bears and we see the green one from BBT get hit in that cutscene as well as pit people's cutscene but if you stop and listen to the voices you can hear the following: the bear from pit people is the narrator of pit people already confirmed but the green bear getting hit has a resemblance to the narrator from BBT witch with that alone is saying that the reason the old narrator is gone is not just because it's a new game but the fact that that narrator from BBT is DEAD therefore resolving a minor detail that i thought was interesting alot even though it isn't something extremely big i feel like this is a thing to address for people that where wondering
4:40 whell honey kiss i got an answer to that first off you faked killing Horatio's son then kidnapped him and you did send an army of helmet equipped douces to kill papastrella so yes, that is what you did to them
I believe he recounted the moments leading up to his death, because the story ends for him (when he dies) and he realizes and says it all makes sense now because he understands how he dies, and in pit people it is revealed that honeyhugs is the narrator for battle block, and thats also the reason why honeykiss is the narrator and why he's so pissed, but in the end its hinted that he wished for honeyhugs to be brought back to life
Hatty : *falls on the water not moving* I can finally move on The hat : *falls on hattys head* nope Hatty : omg..... Also hatty : *makes a huge green death ray come out hat*
Hatty is shown to have his hat beaming into Honeyhug in the first 2 seconds of pit people. I just replayed it and noticed him to the left of that beginning mural.
(I assume you mean Hatty) He’s actually still alive, but the hat’s power left him in a vegetative state, hence the narrator saying “Your best friend’s a vegetable”
I have a theory. The events of Battleblock theaters Narration happens after HoneyKiss makes his wish to bring HoneyHug back to life. And as we know HoneyKiss knows that there was a wish made to restore the Universe so by that logic we can assume that HoneyHug knows about the events leading up to his death, and beyond or would be told them via HoneyKiss. So then by that logic this game would be considered the Prequel to Battleblock Theater while also being the Sequel.
No, Horatio's wish was to restore the universe back to the start of Pit People, where HoneyHug was already dead. HoneyKiss, in his grieving, probably just made a simple wish to bring HoneyHug back, not rewind time.
This is one of the reasons like I really love pit people. The fact battleblock theater's end actually ment something, which was this game's sudden appearance. I do wish people gave more credit to the game since the battles are always so fun, yet can get heavily advanced and sometimes even super cluched. the game even returns stuff from battleblock theater and castle crashers to into the game and heavily improves on it. I'm just wondering if the end of pit people indicates a new game at some point that possibly relates to the big bear getting his loved one back or anything related.
OK,I SWEAR IN THOSE FEW FRAMES WHERE THE BEAR PICKS UP HATTY, HE FUCKING MOVES! HE TURNS HIS HEAD, AND OPENS HIS MOUTH! ITS ONLY SLIGHT BUT HATTY LIVES ON, BABY! WOOOOOO
GAME 5 POSSIBLE SPOILERS My theory for game 5's ending is that in the ending of bbt we see Hatty blow up the single alien's ship (the backup one used in the ending of alien hominid) and the aliens in the big mothership find out the single alien is somewhere else thus they go to castle crashers place to find them, explaining the big ship that crashed in castle crashers. A majority of them die if we're going based off of the castle crashers living and the last remaining aliens try to find that one last alien If I remember Castle Crashers is set in the same world as Pit People, separate but very nearby from where Battleblock Theater takes place(?) so they escape before the big bear destroys the planet as, if they just died that'd be a pretty dumb ending in terms of writing. They most likely do else something after that There's probably a couple problems with what I think there but most of it definitely sounds possible
Did anyone remember the poster in battleblock theater that said honeyhug is inevitable? It’s only an eternity in space unless some lazer kills me, I have my crossword puzzles
My theory for the behemoth is that the earth has diffrent islands. Ones the urban area for the alien hominid, the other is castle crashers and pit people, and lastly the abandond island a theater(its like diffrent species of people that livediffrently)
If you hear the voice of honeyhug in pit people's ending, it sounds like narrator's voice from battleblock theater, what if honeyhug was the narrator, like honeykiss on pit people
And now Hatty is floating though space most likely without the hat until something happens and now to wrap thing up into a cozy blanket your mother made you.
fun fact about the end card of battleblock theatre: stamper was at someones house when he realized he had to record a line. he did that while eating mac and cheese
thats weird, the ending of battleblock theater happened at the same time as the end of pit people, and the beginning of alien hominid started because alien hominid survived its ship being blasted by hatty’s ray
so let me piece this up: castle crashers was probs the start as it starts in the knight ages and a few decades or less later then battleblock starts at the post ending the strange hat laser happened. it so happen to smash into alien hominoid where they start there adventure on earth and so happens to kill a big bear that shifts the entire earth into the knight ages again sorta hope i didnt get anything wrong
5:02 am i the only one who hears "I love you hatty" right there? like in the end of the battle block theater credits just before the really out of place but really good buckle your pants song?
What does the narrator do in the ending? Just kill everyone with hatty except for horatio and hansel right? Good thing they all get brought back with the speckled horse.
Well that was definitely an experience. I love how everything can be a metaphor for everything. All of our creativity spurs from the devine source out of which the infinite flows. For infinity to exist all must exist. This would mean that everything we've ever created has existed at some point in time one way or the other. If you open your mind and look around you see that the same themes tying this storyline together are all around us in our pop culture. That's because all of our creations are loose translations of humanities forgotten hidden history. A history involving advanced technology, light and dark energetic practices like Magick, angels, demons, spirits, intense traumas, and bizarrely enough aliens. Did star was happen? No, however it is a loose depiction of similar events that happened a long time ago in a galaxy far far away. Is the MCU real? No however it does do an amazing job at depicting how superpowers would work if physical reality were different. Is this game storyline real? Absolutely not however just as with the others the story mirrors our forgotten past. The fall of humanity was caused not by sin, or disobedience to God. No its far deeper than that. Humanity fell because we were tricked into weaponizing our technology. This led to the creation of a Lazer cannon similar in power to the death star. Were this Lazer to hit its target it would cause apocalyptic destruction leading to the collapse of our universe. So a select few very powerful beings shut it down. But the system was already set to fire so they did the only thing they could. These brave souls said their goodbyes to their loved ones and focused their life force energy into such a volatile state they blew up the weapon. The chain reaction sent waves of devastation rippling across the globe leading to the collapse of humanity's collective consciousness. We had to climb back up from the bottom and we managed. The Lazer going off in the end of BBT was similar to how it would have gone except it would have been fired from a massive structure. The bear losing its friend is symbolic of the heavy loss that was felt that day. The nuke used to finish the game is supposed to be a wake up call about how we think we're the good guys but we dropped bombs on innocent people to stop a war that we started. And the most obvious sign in the whole series of games. The one that I bet nobody noticed that ties all of it together. The party at the end. When all these games end they immediately go from serious to silly. Like it was all a game a show and it's the after party. All of this is leading to the most epic climax ever and the best party to ever grace existence. The DMT party at the end of infinity. The place from which we all come as translated for human perception in loose English.
