*Marco is an incredibly talented vocalist with a 4-octave vocal range.* *No backup track, auto-tune, or playback, and besides his mesmerizing voice, his songs are beautiful, meaningful, and inspiring.* *His live performances of "Proteggiti da me" & "Luce" are absolutely astonishing. His vocals during his latest tour were literally jaw-dropping!* *I saw him on Eurovision and Sanremo with this stunning ballad "Due Vite" and his voice cut right to my soul and spoke to me. I felt the tears roll down my eyes without understanding a word of Italian.* *Music is indeed the universal language of mankind.*

Songs I really love: 1. Fai Rumore (My 3rd favourite eurovision song of all time) 2. Grande Amore (The real winner of 2015!) 3. Zitti e Buoni (Maneskin is my favourite band at the moment) 4. Due Vite (My second favourite of 2023) 5. Brividi (In my top 3 of 2022) 6. Occidentali's Karma (I thought this might be the winner of 2017 but It wasn't meant to be that year) 7. Soldi 8. No Degree Of Separation 9. Non Mi Avete Fatto Niente Songs I don't like: 1. La Mia Citta Well It looks like Italy is my favourite Eurovision country. Since 2015 never dissapointed. Keep it up! 💚🤍❤

Trust me, it's better that we didn't participate in those years, we had some dreadful Sanremo winners and the whole Italian musical panorama was lame. But we missed a once-in-a-lifetime occasion for a victory in 2001 (search for Elisa - Luce)

Italy is one of the few countries whose applications I like every year. There are always different styles, performers, numbers, but at the same time it is very beautiful and memorable. I think Italy, Sweden, Russia and Ukraine are among the brightest countries in the competition.

God I love Due Vite! One of my favourites here. The harmonies near the end of the second one gave me goosebumps, wow. Måneskin is always great, Zitti e Buoni is no exception! Another favourite. I like the singer’s voice in the fourth song - and its vibes! The fifth song just isn’t my music taste… The sixth is interesting! Might have to listen in to that. The singer for the seventh song has a great voice! Love that. The eighth also isn’t my music taste… Oh hell I love the ninth! Those harmonies! I like that the last one rocks HARD…

Франческа Микьелин - лучшая! Причём оригинальная версия, а не та, что прозвучала на Евровидении. Вообще, Италия - самая невезучая страна на предмет переделки своих песен. Постоянно обрезают хронометраж до 3 минут, добавляют строчки на английском, в итоге - такой франкенштейн мало кому приходится по душе. А Франческу до сих пор переслушиваю, другие песни у неё тоже классные.

2014 - Didn’t deserve low placement 2015 - Underrated by juries 2016 - Due parole; Molto bella 2017 - Did he bring a man in the gorilla suit on stage? 2018 - The foreign languages on the screen 2019 - Looks very great 2020 - Too bad he didn’t go due to the outbreak 2021 - 🇮🇹 3rd-ever Eurovision win by sending these young rockstars 2022 - The same guy from 2019 did very great 2023 - His 2013 entry was way better than this

@@AleS_Nalijust to remind you that Annalisa's career was a huge flop before Bellissima, but considering you're a Stan of her your brain is too underdeveloped to understand such a concept. Tananai has sold more copies in one year than Annalisa from 2011 to 2021 and I think that speaks a lot about it

Because the two women in this video aren't Sanremo winners. You have to understand that what makes Italy's success in Eurovision is 90% the huge competitivity of Sanremo. Winning Sanremo already shapes a competitive song, that's why since our return every Sanremo winner hasn't been below the 7th place

Italy is good with women as well, why they didn’t access to the competition the same amount of times as men is another story, and it’s not about lack of talent of misogyny. Actually it’s more a matter of role in music, because Italy give more value to singers/composers, and that’s what you got from Italy for the most if you pay attention.

@@joi6 you find it crazy because you're not Italian and you're not keen on our discography, which for a tons of reasons is mainly male oriented. Anyway I hope we can send a woman next year, especially after Marco Mengoni dedicated his second Sanremo victory to all those women competing in this year's Sanremo :)
