This definitely is my favorite so far. What an amazing song. Even though I don't understand what he is singing about he really conveys the emotions with his voice. Beautiful chorus, very strong voice and he obviously is an amazing performer. Love, love, love it!
The song is about a "wall" that interrupts the connection, the communication. Diodato said it can be about a finished love story but also friendship, and it can concern other forms of impossible communication (he says there's a "unnatural silence"). He wants to hear something from the other person, break down the wall, so he sings "make noise", and this noise is really a "beautiful noise".

This song gives me goosebumps immediately, it hits you right in the heart in your soul..actually this song blown me away completely,it has the same vibes as the song of Duncan Laurence. His voice is crystal clear and I love that he writes what he sings. This has been my favourite since the second night of Sanremo and hearing all of the 24 acts! I cannot express how happy I am that this won and it will probably be one of my favourite songs to go to Eurovision of all time! I don’t say that lightly either, I’ve been watching since around 1995!

Diodato will go to Eurovision! While on Night 1, there were a lot of artists who didn’t do much in terms of vocals but Diodato was the one who gave an amazing performance with flawless vocals! A deserving win! Also Francesco Gabbani came second! The Sanremo 2020 Top3 were just so amazing!
Glad that you like it, but I think “Ringo Starr” (Pinguini Tattici Nucleari) was waaaay better. Even though, this song is wonderful, but won’t win Eurovision 🙁

Rumore is a false friend between Italian and English: it doesn't mean rumour but noise.
