try germany as it will be a very fun challenge with all of your allies surrounding you and with very few passage ways for invasion in early game and i think it would be formidable challenge
I mean you can quite literally invade all Europe almost except Russia, France, Italy, UK, Spain and maybe some other strong ones i forgot. But you can invade Denmark, Skandinavia, Austria, Switzerland, all Balkans etc.
