Reminds me of Before Sunrise, the static shots of different locations. It's amazing how far technology has come that you could shoot a whole movie with so much less these days, you can even get a look pretty close to La Haine just shooting acros on a Fujifilm.

I liked all the video clips and most of the photos, but my favourite has to be the one at 20:00. Sure your friend is beautiful but the way you used the light to create this pictues together with the character of that leica lens is simply outstanding. May I ask what lens did you use for the beginning and end? a Helios 44?

Absolutely brilliant! I love this slow pace edit. Some constructive criticism would be that the sound design was lacking. Try to get all the sound on location, even though is really windy. The sound design in the lake took me out for a minute. Really great work!

this has made me fall in love with italy all over again. i know there is no such thing as perfect, but i believe this video is very close. it truly left me in awe and reminded me how much i can appreciate just film. film without exciting plot twists or heroes or villians. just film. it's crazy how you can capture the beauty of italy through a camera the same way you can with your eyes. thank you so much for making this

I noticed remembering my time in some of those locations similarly; big picture, place, moment. Love the way the video was coloured making the transition to still on film seamless.
