Weeb cars takeover the highway, AGAIN! Only this time, we've got police helping us get to our event!
This was an insane once in a lifetime experience! Seeing several Itasha Cars lined up and driving on the highway together with Police Sirens blaring! The amount of heads we turned and necks that were snapped was insane!
Before anyone says this is a waste of tax dollars, do realize that the city of Houston is fully aware of how massive Anime Matsuri is, as well as Import Reactor. So understandably, they had Security, Police, etc. ready to guard, patrol, and also escort VIP guests safely to the event. This isn't something that is done for no reason, the Convention was a massive one with huge attendance, so obviously there were police scheduled to be part of the event's activities. This isn't just a fun "HAHA, go through Downtown randomly brrr" Escort. We had a location and event to get to.
