I see Avonte Maddox as Safety 3 until Sydney Browns returns healthy, which is likely in October if he misses Camp

Season doesn't start in June, it's starting in September. FYI. He's doing well, but again, he's a backup for the long-term. If they thought he was a starter, they wouldn't have drafted DeJean and Mitchell.

@@InsideTheBirds it wouldn’t surprise me if he’s one of the starting corners next year, I know you’ve done this much longer. But I see something in him, with Rodgers on a 1 year deal, slay most likely last season here, I think it’ll be his opportunity to lose. Mitchell, Ringo on outside, Dejean in nickle, Cjgj and brown at safeties. As of now that’s how I see the future for the secondary. Only way it’s different is if Rodgers balls out and we extend him. I’m a big fan of his as well, but is only under contract for this season.

I feel like Ringo is gonna be the Boston Scott/Greg Ward of the defense. Good enough to start if need be. Will give us some clutch plays when needed with limited play time.
