Hi! I've observed one thing. In both your videos covering ITC, they did not offer any 'Welcome Drink'. Is it just a general practise that they don't have the concept of welcome drink for their guests,..or has it got something to do with the kind of package that one has chosen? Because I believe, you had taken premium packages in both ITC Chola - Chennai, and ITC Kohinoor - Hyderabad,...YET there was no welcome drink. Thanks in advance!🙂

Hi .. yup you noticed it right.. May be because the booking was done under Marriott Bonvoy Gold membership and not sure but that’s a privilege for Club ITC .. but y’a there were no welcome drink 🍹

You are right, we stayed for two nights, treatment was so poor.. We had to shout for even room cleaning.

Worst service. It’s like staying in marriage hall . Dirty rooms . Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel is itc Chennai .

Ur right .. these days because of staycations and marriages .. hotels have become really dirty.. we had the worst experience at Taj Bekal :(

Yes, correct, very bad service and treatment. We finally had to fight. 2 nights stay lost. We could have move to JWMarriot or other property. ITC mere waste.
