I just bought one. I overpaid at 49.99 CDN. I think if you get it for $15-20 it's worth it but it has no g-sensor or emergency button. I just bought it as I have a better one I use at work but wanted one for my personal vehicle.

is the video the actual dashcam footage or your personal cam? where is the date stamp and time info on the video taken.....also can you charge the cam by using the usb only instead of the car charger in the car!?

I cannot play the videos on the memory card. I have several different video player programs and none of them can find files on the card. I get "no files found" or "corrupt files" and some say "cannot play with this program" so this is useless to me. I was right behind a rollover and wanted to see which car caused the crash but now we may never know. If anyone has suggestions, please tell me!

not bad for the price...video wasn't quite good enough to pick out a license plate unless you were right on top of the car in front though even at 1080 unless that was RU-vid compression.

You been using it? Just picked one up. Not sure what the repeat storage setting means. 1min, 3min, etc Im guessing how long each file it creates is. How much record time do you get before it fills?

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DASH CAM. it is totally rubbish. 1080p?? Yeah, 1080p through a net curtain! The quality is really bad. You cannot make out things like car registration/licence numbers. In fact, sometimes it was hard to read the huge big road signs. The white balance is way off. If you are out on a bright day, the cars in front look like black blobs. The thing feels cheap, looks cheap, and the quality of the picture lets you know it is cheap. Pay the extra money and get yourself a quality unit.
