Here you can experience winter differently. You can see wildlife in action, swim in the frozen drift sea ice, ride a icebreaker boat and many other winter activities in Shiretoko.

How to go there:
You can either take overnight bus from Sapporo to Utoro or take a direct plane from Tokyo to Memanbetsu Airport 女満別空港, and take a direct bus from airport to Utoro Bus Terminal.
