Hello Mike! I think it was, or maybe still is required for a motorcycle to have the headlight on at all times in certain states. For aesthetic lighting, there is not use having them on during the day, for sure. That is fun little project. I hope you can make it water/weather proof. Thanks for sharing. God Bless!
What I meant to say was the secondary lighting. That is why I was talking about the the button lights on the trunk . I could put the fog lights on it also . It is not a hard project. I want to make it nice . I could use a pill bottle with grommets . If I put it under the front faring . It will not be seen . You are rite about the head lights . I will leave the stock lights alone.
