(ITOS) Weekly Boss Raid - Helgasercle [Caster Wizard] 

Elec is good for pvp and mobbing. In bossing scenarios fireclaw is stronger. It's also a magic circle and fire type so its affected by lethargy / moring trinket / base pyro and ele attributes /tridisaster /etc. And it's on a low cd with 2OH. Since the build is already amazing in aoe due to other spells, there is no need to add more aoe; so I decided to drop elec for fireclaw and its been working very well. Avoid the sp degen black orbs for helga. And try to pick up the cdr star gimmick for 50% cdr. Get alot of evasion to dodge stuff and dont get greedy with trying to dps. Surviving is first priority. Ataka isn't that good for wizard because we have too many DoTs and multihit within those DoTs. When ataka goes on its 1 sec internal cd, it will not affect the many amount of spells we have going on at the same time -meaning it's not efficient. Smugis on the other hand, works on all our spells and also affects lightning charm which is the basic bar you see in the dps meter. So its better for bossing/pvp/bursting in mobbing. I have personally treated both set effects with recordings of side by side dps meters and multiple repetitions in numerous scenarios including wbr/pvp/cm/etc so I can safely say that smugis is better for caster wizards.

@@Palemooncomfy I see. Ataka isn't really good for cm, the content where wizard shines the most imo, but I took ataka for single target bossing. Even tho, smugis here is a 25s duration spell (due to boruta seal 3) and I wonder: I know Smugis is better for bursting, but is it better to keep the damage consistent for us caster wizards? And I've heard about the incoming buff on smugis to increse its duration and minimum damage, so that's an attractive.

@@drums006 even at the moment without the 50 sec buff; smugis is better from my testing. So with the 50 sec buff it only gets better

Smugis set effect is on I key Begone demon is for the arts that auto activates when your creeping charm and stormcall/tri disaster ends. Tri disaster is used for everything. It is the base of pyroeletao build because it gives a 80%-88% damage boost for all your spells basically.

its fine for people starting out, just keep in mind that it will only really spike when you obtain pyromancer prominence: flame jewel arts. though you get a free arts book when you do episode quests anyways so its not an issue

i use a different set of cards for different situations and maps. but generally 3x green skiaclipse 3x blue zaura or nuaele 3x purple combination of gazegolem / biteringa / rikaus 3x red combination of chafer / vubbe fighter / moa / velnia monkey / chapparition / iltiswort 1x legend marnox / pantorex / unbound skiaclipse
