No joke, that's my dad said something similar. My sister was in a mental hospital for addiction and my dad told me, " whether you want to hear it or not, we get our habits from who we're around, and your sister got hers from your mom and grandmother" Yeah, I can guarantee she wouldn't be as screwed up if he was around more
@@softan I absolutely agree with you, my sister uded to actually pisses me off because she lives in a fantasy world where the world revolved around her and there were no consequences, and if you tried to call her out on it, she would throw a fit (I'm talking her mid-20s) And that's my point, my dad wants to put all her problems on how she grew up around my mom's family without acknowledging that he wasn't even there to raise her Also, just want to point out that regardless, its screwed up for a father under any circumstance to tell their kid, "all of problems come from your moms side"
@Mister Guy \ He never said any post that doesn't favor him is fake news. Also MSM favored Hitler once he took over. Dont see why you are trying to link Hitler with the president. You really grasping at straws here
@@owcom Although not to the cabbie, Frank has mentioned many time that he run a sweatshop during the Vietnam war although dee calls him out on the time period happening in '93.
@@PlatoonGoon i'm aware but if you watch the show like i did frank lies all the time about owning a sweat shop during the Vietnam war in reality we find out that he owned the sweatshop during the 90's.
One of my favorite bits of it’s always sunny ever. “Dennis your my son, I know you, talk to daddy” “hello, cabbie!” “Look at the dumper on you” and frank thinking to himself is adorable
Dennis you’re my son. I know you. I know your character. I know the type of person you are. That's why I know you definitely didn't do it. Be honest with me, talk to daddy
Whenever he flees the scene it always seems to be in a Looney Tunes-esque type fashion, like the way he cartoonishly tiptoed away after lighting Dee on fire in the well
I love that the office security cam is just pointing at a chair, the corner of a table, the wall, and a bit of the street outside. And despite this mostly useless position, it catches everything it needs to.
I like how Frank's hair gets progressively more insane as the show goes on, to the point where in the episode that follows him around for a day he gets up shows it in the mirror.
Michael Flores lmao 6th grade we had to do confessions to the guy who had the sex talk with us and we wrote stuff down my friend and I told Each other what to say and he told me I fucked a cat when I was 3 help and for sure he chose it from a pile had us dying inside
season 14 the jumper episode, he still refers to Dennis as his son. I think it's sweet. I think deep down his character wants to be there for his kids.
@@bobramos6868 well legally, Frank is still the father of Dennis and Dee. That is why a compilation of them acknowledging parent and child would be great
I just noticed something, if you put ominous music over IASIP you actually realize how messed up these characters are. Like just now, the gravity hit that Frank literally fed people to people.
This was based on a real incident where a rich old man was accused of being a serial killer and did an interview to deny the charges, but the interview was going poorly so he went off to the bathroom and- forgetting he still had a microphone on- began talking to himself and admitting to the crimes- "What did you do? Killed them all, of course."
Danny Devito is so good as a character, I sometimes forget he's a real person acting as a character and not some cgi mocap creation being acted by some Andy Serkins level type genius making a character... does this make sense?
