0:45 lol I had the same reaction because of the fence. I thought it was a jurassic park game. Completely forgot about the fence at bolshaya past, and not to mention The End's parrot is on screen the whole time. It wasn't until I saw the gharial croc that I realized what it's going to be.
Imagine if for volume 2 we get MGSV (+ mission 51 and chapter 3), MGS4 (MGO2 back (: ), MGPW, MGPO (best game ever I love it and its canon you cant change my mind) and MGRR.
From what i understand for licensing some guns snake eater use very old ones from what i read apparently they just need to pay the name because the design rights for the guns expired but not the name and also because they use the old recording for codec it will be more easier to just pay the rights for the name than asking to re record every codec call involving all the guns. Also in cod MW2 the game in which all the weapons got rename to don't pay anything to save as much money only the M16 keept his name i don't know if it's because it was extremely cheap or it was free of rights. And on the screenshot of the website of the remake soldier clearly use AK-47 not the Grizov from V

The development team might be the people that worked on Metal Gear Survive. New members were brought on and it was the first Metal Gear title after Kojima left Konami. Survive was an opportunity for the new team to stretch their legs and work within Fox Engine. It also re-introduced survival elements into the series, and added other mechanics like the tower defense aspect and the fog (or the dust?). I never played Survive. I am basing this theory off of a video I watched reviewing the game and reading some wikipedia articles. The youtube video was "Metal Gear Survive Deserved Better", by "LOWE". Highly recommend watching it yourself.
