Ryan's defense is average and Boots hits harder than anything Ryan has faced, sets up his punches, and uses his jab and longer reach well. His feet and hands are fast. Ryan has no power or speed advantage like with other opponents.

I’m a Philly guy and Boots fan but they are both tripping. Sure it could be over in 3 rounds but at the same time Boots never fought anybody with Ryan combo of power and speed and it’s not something you can train for, on top of that Boots has never fought under bright lights on a big stage and he would be walking into a controlled chaos of Ryan’s making for that fight.

Boots has been at welterweight his entire career and like Ryan, Boots will naturally grow out of his weight class. Not about being scared for anyone. Calling it how i see it. A naturally bigger fighter calling out a smaller fighter. Let’s not act like the same folks lobbying for this fight were not defending Charlo for jumping up two weight classes against Canelo.
