That intro could make the most stiff of people turn into well-oiled dancing machines. I miss those days! They knew Apollo was too good so they had to try and replace it with *_American Idol / Got Talent_* 😒😒
The comedian was very good. Bobby Sleighton(?) Wonder why he didnt make it all the way, he was that good. Hell, if a white man comedian can make the Apollo laugh as well as they laughed, he should have made it all the way. Although, in today's time he would not be able to say any of the non P.C. things he said. Which is a shame. We all take things too seriously. We all need to be able to laugh at ourselves.

I loved seeing the whole episode, but I had to fast forward when it came to the hosts. Gilbert Godfrey is screaming, and the guy doing the Amateur Night was corny. Other than that, it was a great to look at. I remember staying up past my bedtime on Saturday nights to watch the show! Time flies by so fast...
