Just after the ITV Evening news just started finish another news in the Meridian came up that The Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway welcomes The Doctor Syn back on the Railway after its Overhaul, One of the volunteers has talked about its overhaul of welcoming it back on the Railway, The volunteers Celebrates of the Doctor Syn Being back in service after its overhaul, Doctor Syn was built in 1931 by the Yorkshire Engine Company, Hopefully it will have its first Gala after its overhaul for Doctor Syn as it was good to Have Doctor Syn once again!

Yea indeed, Since its overhaul completed with its parts, got a test for it, and then its finally return to the rails again this year after 4 years

Good to see it back in service, but that copper cap on the chimney looks oh so wrong. It was far more attractive with the original short stovepipe chimney.

@@oliverrailvideos7889 definitely 🙂 I have a special steam video out Monday - the oldest operational standard gauge steam loco and the oldest operational GWR steam loco running at an event - it has a cameo appearance by another nice little loco too
