This was filmed at the Palitoy / Kenner - Parker UK Factory in Coalville Leicestershire. Toys shown being made were Star Wars Millennium Falcon, Tiny Tears, Action Man Talking Commander and Mon Chi Chi Monkey....How wonderful to see some of my childhood favourites. I wonder if one of those very Talking Commanders was one of the ones I received shortly after Christmas as I did not want the blonde one I received and wanted a 'black haired' one...so Mum and Dad returned it and Trents Toys of Reading had to order in a replacement which I subsequently received on March 1st 1983 for my birthday....I was happier back then....thank you for the upload.
Such a nostalgia trip seeing some of these toys and inside the British factories where they were made - fantastic upload. I think the transmission date was Friday 15 November 1985.
I have a mini version of the last toy that sucks his thumb. Like me he is 48 years old and called Justin. Difference is i don't suck my thumb or toes like he can😂
