hey guys! sorry for not posting in over a year! my videos just got deleted even my viral video which got over 500k views my name was Wonwoo Square ! ill start back posting from now
She's certainly very close to it. She's reaching for words sometimes and you can hear her pause sometimes to think about what she wants to say, but she can make herself clearly understood. If she spent a month or more touring in the US and interacting a lot with people her English would improve even more as what she needs mostly now is practice without being able to fall back on her Korean if she got stuck. Regardless for someone who didn't live in an English-speaking country for an extended time her English is extremely good. I'm always impressed by anyone who can learn a foreign language this well without having gone to live in that country.
@@kentvesser9484 I’ve always wondered this too, it seemed like when they would have tours in the us her accent and pronunciation is absolute outstanding it seems like she usually understands what’s being said to her but she’s too shy to respond like minor mistakes 🤔you’re so right about her going to America or something I guarantee she would be fluent fluent once she got back
Her pronunciation is really, really good, especially for someone from East Asia because how East Asian languages move their mouths and use tongue placement is so different from Roman languages. I don’t know how fluent she is, but she sounds fluent and could easily trick people into thinking she lived in America for many years.
@@lozza5384 K-pop fandom is full of horrible toxic people. Any real or fabricated imperfection or even a word taken the wrong way can bring tons of unimaginably horrid comments down on an idol. The Chae sisters get called ugly and untalented in graphic detail. Also, being too good at dancing can trigger the wrath of other fandoms. God forbid anyone be talked about as possibly better dancer than Lisa for example. Being an idol is a seriously hard and stressful life, especially in Korea.
To be honest Judy is not actually a very common name you'll hear these days though it was a common name for girls during the 50's to 70's if i remember
They out the American flag since American English and British English are quite different, South Korea is one of the few countries where American English is taught in schools STRICTLY and Korea is hugely influenced by america so in this sense it makes most sense for the American flag to be used
@@leggo3213 still rudely un-inclusive. You’re not gonna change my mind, I know morals. And I’m guessing you’re American which would explain why you got offended by something you shouldn’t. Americans are so sensitive🤦🏼♀️
@@timothychevrolet3067 dude what's your beef? I get you're probably angry because people think america is the only country that speaks english but don't need to act rude here if you're really pissed off blame the korean education system then😑
@@timothychevrolet3067 I’m not American and what do you mean by “un-inclusive” it’s just a flag meant to represent a language, your more the one who’s getting offended by so,etching they shouldn’t, people can use which flag they want for the language there is no “official flag” for the English language
It’s that for everyone tho? You will always sound weird when it’s scripted, but natural if it’s from you. I mean people keep saying she’s fluent, guys, what’s the definition of being fluent in another language? I won’t say she’s fluent, but I would say it’s good that she knows some English. I mean nowadays, who doesn’t know English?
