I don't know if it is the word you were seeking but I would say they are genuine. It is an open secret that many producers instruct their groups how they should act in public like "you are the happy and loud one, you are the stoic one" etc... I don't get this feeling from ITZY though. The girls seem to wear their hearts on their sleeves and they truely do seem to care for each other.

I kind of wish group intro videos would be a little less dramatic when they are for people who are new to a group, but they are useful when kpop groups have so much content.
