Lia's support and also control is top tier in itzy, it's just her vocals are more fitting for ballad songs like kdrama osts. Itzy's songs are better for stronger vocals like Yeji's, but in most songs, especially in Cheshire, you can hear how much more comfortable Lia is hitting those high notes in the chorus

Itzy debut was literally the start of 4th gen. i remember being so amazed by it. i used to only stan 2ne1 but when they disbanded i didn’t get into kpop much anymore but i just randomly came across them on youtube one day and it’s their first music show stage and i was captivated by their stage presence, like their energy was on FIRE. looking at how the grew so much makes me feel proud. hope they’ll grow even more and hope they’ll be treated better cause lately it’s been a downhill… but no matter how many come after, itzy will always be THEE 4th gen gg
I would have added their sneakers performance in the fact music award of 2022 did you see the dance break ? It was amazing. Also Yuna's cover of Go Girl, Ryeji break my heart myself mix max, Chaeryeong and Chaeyeon stage performance, Ryujin during the fiction cover, Chaeryeong and Ryujin performance during the kbs festival 2022 and much more. These girls are the definitions of iconic, they may not be the most popular 4th gen group anymore but they will always be iconic. And I would really like to see G-Idle here they are also real icons especially Soyeon
Who says they're not the most popular 4th gen girl group anymore? Locally in Korea where recency bias is strong and they move to new groups everytime theres someone new MAYBE. But to the rest of the world that has different standards they're the 3rd most popular and successful girl group only behind the legendary blackpink and twice, you would notice that because they can carry out sold out concerts in multiple countries ON THEIR OWN without bringing other artists with them and disguise it as a "music festival" that's how powerful they are, album and ticket sales make the group and company money not brand reputations and music show wins and awards (they have plenty no worries 👌) let's see if the "popular" groups that can't sing live and don't exude stage presence now can still be as popular and successful as itzy now who are in the 4th year of their career coz it's all about longevity, it's a marathon not a sprint! Don't buy into the bxllshit media play that they're losing steam or flops coz they continue to prove that they're not! They just had two albums last year that sold 1million+ copies EACH! making them only the second GG to do so after blackpink and the FIRST GG to do it consecutively in a calendar year! And I haven't even talked about how they had a sold out US tour, had a collaboration with bebe Rexha and performed in IU and PSY's concerts (who are legends) ALL IN A SINGLE YEAR THINK ABOUT THAT! IVE WHO? NEWJEANS WHO? LESSERAFIM WHO? THEY STILL HAVE A LOT OF RICE TO EAT BEFORE THEY CAN ALL CATCH UP TO THE LEGENDS THAT IS ITZY!👑

I've been thinking about what the media's been spreading right now, that ITZY is now a forgotten group just because the other comebacks were bluffs and only praising rookie groups for gaining luxurious brand deals and giving them awards instead of giving it to those groups who really deserve it. ITZY's performances are the best and always on fire. They're one of the few 4th gen groups who give the best stages, sadly, not all people appreciate it.
ITZY is one of the best KPOP groups ever, each member in the group is an all rounder. I hope to see them in higher places soon because they deserve nothing but love.
I had to check when this was uploaded, and was disappointed the Yeji x Ryujin collab in AOTM was not included when it revived Baby Rexha’s song. Also Yuna’s U Go Girl cover which singlehandedly proved that she has a legit cola bottle body to those doubters.

ITZY saved MAMA 2021 yet they didn't even won a single award, MAMA did them dirty, good thing my second fave GG Blackpink don't attend that pathetic award show.
