Same. I'm neurodivergent and I used to make those kinds of sounds a lot when I was young, but then I stopped because I was told it was weird and lots of people mocked me for that. Now, I'm trying to re-learn how to stim without being ashamed and this scene brings me so much joy because Crowley's adorable and if a cool character like him can make happy stim noises then so can I.
Dude I am in love w that, I want to shag his voice. Also the part where he smacks his glass w his spoon and declares 'Alcohol' is just entirely too hot
I really love the fact that Crowley’s Bentley ALEAYS has a song that perfectly suits the situation. Playing “I’m in love with my car“ while driving on a flaming M25 trying to hold his car together because he loves it do much… Playing “Bicycle Race“ at 3:13 after the bicycle accident 😂
I mean, have you seen them? The running ones as well, they're like penguins but duck shaped! Resistant to holy water as well. I mean most things are, but it'd be nice to have feathers like a duck's, I'd bet.
I can’t tell you how much my ADHD ass has watched this video, but it has been a week with my new obsession and I have not spend a day without this video
Thank you for putting Crowley waving his arms around as an angel right before the gorilla bit that parallel was killing me and I never saw anyone talk about it 😅
What touches me every time is how much he's grown since he is not working for Hell anymore. It may be strange for a being who has lived for thousands of years on Earth and Someone knows how long before that, but he has become a lot more mature. In the first season, he barely took responsibility for anything: "I didn't hit somebody, somebody hit me", "Is it my fault they never check?", "WE (not I) lost a boy", "She's on the street, she knows the risks she's taking". In the second season, he might still not be perfect, but he behaves like a responsible adult much more. He is the one who is trying to get Aziraphale to stick to a plan, warning him that "People will get hurt, angel", he evacuates the humans from the premises, he actually finds the courage to face his feelings and talk about them to Aziraphale. He still has a long road ahead, but he has changed a lot, and it's really clear in compilations such as this, when you put together scenes from the first and second seasons
i just love that humankind finally got an occasion to use the infamous "defenestration" word, and you know what? i'm glad it was because of good omens.
14:47 Crowley was making a toast toward -the- *his* world here. His world is Aziraphale, or at least a big chunk is. I put this into my head a long time ago and you will not change my mind.
I still find it so funny that Heaven didn't change their passwords never expecting a demon to get in to heaven and get into their files also the end of season one actually makes me cry now it was so sweet and innocent and now its just pain
3:06 "Oh it's a new cologne, my barber suggested.." Suggested that you use cologne for what purpose, Angel? Your barber was either trying to push cologne he sells in the shop, or he was flirting with you and you didn't know. Now I really want to know what cologne he uses.
with the amount of times twitter user mfdeparted appeared I'm half-convinced they quoted every single line Crowley said in both seasons in the replies also every quote from the s2 finale gave me emotional damage
mfdeparted here! I went through the both series looking for quotes, lots didn’t make it into the video bc I did so many 😭😭 I was even banned half way through for quoting the “jump out that window,” so I had to counting on my other acc
Of course a bird starts singing as Crowley walks out the door. Right after the doorbell rings after the kiss. Very softly, gently, almost hidden by the music. Then the Bentley plays the song. Neil Gaiman you magnificent bastard, were you trying to tell us something?
Out of curiosity I pulled a Crowley and had that six shots of espresso in a cup with nothing else..... It had a sting to it but nothing happened. No jitters or anything. lol I have a problem
i love when crowley growls. actually passed out cause of it. i kept watching the clip of him growling and saying "not kind" and i got so happy because of it that i passed out but it also might've been because i had just drank two coffees and it was three in the morning.
Yeah, coffee does the opposite of making people pass out. Also, it being 3 in the morning doesn't make people pass out. Those are all really dumb theories. You might have a health problem, as well as a stupidity problem.
I feel like I am alone in my interpretation of the angels/gorgeous scene. I do not think Aziraphale thought Crowley was referring to them. Crowley: "Look at you, your gorgeous". Az: Looks at Crowley when he says this. Thinks Crowley looks gorgeous. Then catches himself thinking this. Panics. Turns back to the Nebula. Stutters. Starts flirting nervously.
There are two clips I can't place. The one where Crowley talks about the 14th century in the car and the one where he's in the bar talking about Lucifer. Where are those from?
They’re both from Season 1. 14th century in the car is when he’s talking to Hastur while about to drive into the burning M25. Talking about Lucifer in the bar is when Crowley has lost Aziraphale in the fire, just before Aziraphale appears discorporated in front of him. I can tell you the episodes if you need?
Not me hearing all these lines and picturing Scrooge McDuck because it’s David- Noooo ! And Aziraphale is played by the guy who voiced the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland in 2010.
In "Bedazzled" (original version) with Dudley Moore and Peter Cook, Dudley asks the devil (Peter) why he left heaven. Peter climbs up on a light pole and tells Dudley to dance around it singing his praises, which h he does for a bit till he says he doesn't want to anymore. Peter: "That's how I felt". Marvelous movie.
