This song, You & I, and the Red Shoes are by the same composer (Lee Min Soo) and lyricist (Kim Eana). They aren't really a trilogy, but can almost be seen as a series that progress in maturity with IU. After Red Shoes her music really matured a lot and she took a more active role in writing and producing her own songs/albums (though she did write some songs before this too). She was only 17 when this song was released.

The biggest of which is "Abracadabra". She is the song writer of the song you just reacted to "Good Day". She also wrote Mamamoos first album and the single from it "Piano Man" ^.^
