Life's there is quite stressful, so many ppl getting depressed, and suicide rate is high. So.... excessive hate speech on social media can be matter of life and death there. With this song, she want to remind the society to minimize that hatespeech, because many celebs get hurt, get depressed and some even commit suicide because of this. This long story will relate with Eight's rumoured theory and IU's three friends (Jonghyun, Hara, Sulli). I think at this point you have heard it from Eight explanation DKDKTV's. So yeah, this is quite a social commentary song. And this genre, again... its different from I-land, eight, and blueming, isnt it? lol This is NOT her main genre, btw.
