A classy lady. I read her book "The best is yet to come" which helped me with my own divorce after 15 yrs. She has great advice about moving on in life, no matter what. She will be missed. Prayers of peace to her Family, she was 1 in a million, truly.

I watched a short documentary about her a few years back and I really liked her. Sometimes we wrongfully judge the super rich but she was more than just that and most importantly she seemed like a great mom! May she RIP 🕊

I read her book, not the one promoted on this show but a newer one. She talked about growing up in a Communist country, about raising her kids, about her marriage. I finished the book having a huge amount of newfound respect for her. A couple of things that stuck with me: 1) she said Ivanka was 14 and had been invited to a long weekend in California (or somewhere out west, far away from NY). She basically laughed when Ivanka asked to go, she said, “Forget it!” She commented that not only would she would miss school, she was irritated that the kids her kids were around were so entitled and so spoiled. Again, coming from a Communist country, this didn’t sit well with her at all; 2) she said that looking back on her failed marriage, she could see that she and DJT had become more work partners than spouses. She was so involved in building the Trump hotel chain, the only things they ever talked about were hotel design, hotel placement, etc. Her attitude towards life was really impressive. RIP Ivana. ❤️
The communist country where she came from and all surrounding countries at that time were something that west will never understand, that was a perfect life but she had to talk like she did; yes the west was giving the more freedom and money at that time but living in those countries was like health care was free, schooling colleges were also free, salaries were like you could have afford every summer to travel to beaches and anywhere you like for a month, mortgages and loans for an apartment cause people rarely lived in houses in big cities were interest free,. And more than that. But the discipline there was quite tight and that is perhaps the main reason why she did not raise her kids to be spoiled as young..

I agree with all of the comments about Ivana she invented fabulous! What stands out to me about Ivana is despite her busy schedule and social life, she raised three productive children.
She definitely was in charge of their upraising.. I believe it was Trump who was very much against smoking and drinking as he has alcoholism in his family.

Ivana was such a loving, funny, intelligent, glamorous, fabulous, and iconic world-class diva! Her interviews were always fun and exciting, and Ivana always told great stories. 10 days since she passed, and I am still heartbroken. May Ivana rest in peace and live in our memories forever!
I agree. Unlike Melania, I think she would’ve been a First Lady like most of the others. However, the only sad thing is that she would’ve died less than a year after taking office, and she would’ve certainly aged in the office.
Exactly Diana was annoying and always complaining. She got as good as she gay. She was not the innocent victim and none of the Saga. She leaks to the Press even up until her death. She was cheating on her husband with other woman's married husbands. She was not a faithful wife at all throughout the whole marriage yet she wants to get on TV and complain and cry. Maybe that was the problem. She wasn’t an airhead that was easy to impress or manipulate with a new necklace. She most definitely loved that glamorous life but you can tell that’s not all she was about. Unlike some other ones who just wanted a green card and a sugar daddy but somehow ended up being the First Lady. We all saw how miserable she was and didn’t have much to offer really. I feel Ivana would’ve been a much better fit for that role.
