YES being coworkers is nothing bad ofc ! The title is an obvious clickbait. But why is it that IVE only get these words thrown around with AND that with a negative intention. Point is: Everytime someone talks about IVE relationship dynamic, words like forced friends, only coworkers, Fifth Harmony, miss A… are thrown around which is just baffling. Let’s not be oblivious here. They got tons of hate because of that. Especially with these silly TikTok’s edits and Twitter narratives simply because they are not high on energy or chaotic. This is just a simple video of them having fun and conversing with each other. It’s getting weird how people claim all this negativ toxic stuff about them without knowing them. And only applying it to IVE. We as fans don’t know them personally and enjoy the content we get off and on screen but it’s crazy how hypocritical K-pop stans get with IVE. It’s kinda insane how even in videos like these they’re still getting hate. Hate comments will be deleted.

I really like them, they're my type of people, the kind of people that enjoy sharing quiet time together and respect each others boundaries. Sometimes even with my close friends I get tired because I run out of energy talking to people but they would misunderstand that I was not having fun. Having an introvert group like this is great. They're good at observing each other and give out compliments when they think their member is going through some hard time. Liz hates skinship so unless she initiates it the members wouldn't make her uncomfortable and I think it's so endearing. They really don't force each other to open up, they just wait. Love the sarcasm btw lol

Sua from Dreamcatcher explained it best during a candid interview series they did a couple years ago. She said that even though the members all love each other like family, they still have a working business relationship as well and take care to maintain both aspects equally. You have to, really, it's the only way you don't drive each other nuts from being together all the time. IVE is no different, they're all professionals who know how the industry works.

A Vogue Korea journalist recently said after meeting them (IVE is Vogue Korea cover January 2023): they aren't a noisy group; even while preparing, they sometimes chatted & ate with members who had similar tastes, but it looked very NATURAL. Just as a FAMILY living together doesn't usually talk all day, THERE WAS NOTHING FORCED about IVE's teamwork. The IVE hatetrain is so sad, everybody loved and thought everything was amazing about them until other girl groups debuted. This only goes to show that it’s not IVE that is the problem and people did not change their minds about them, it’s the fans of these other groups that were never IVE fans that are now coming to trash them because they are doing better than their favs. It’s really pathetic. We should support all groups and be happy for them regardless of weather we are their fans or not.

K-pop stans are so used to their idols being chaotic and hyped. so they can’t wrap their mind and accept when the idols are so calm, chill and quiet.

Of course, I know they were really not that close from the start, the other girls trained together without Annyeongz because they were in IZ*ONE. But as time goes by, I've seen them growing closer to each other. They always take care and look after one another. As a Wonyoung stan, I'm gonna say my opinion because many people are assuming she is not close or she dislike her members. It hurts me when people conclude she hates her members in IZ*ONE or IVE. (Why do people badly want her to be a mean girl?) And people would say she is not as happy now as she was in her former group. For me, she is happy in both. IZ*ONE is an important part of her and I know she will never forget that. She had lovely unnies whom she adored so much and also adored her just as much. In IVE, she finally got two same age friends (Liz and Rei), a travel buddy (Gaeul), a dongsaeng that she can spoil (Leeseo) and of course she is still with her soulmate, Yujin. I can see how much Wonyoung adores Leeseo. Every time they interact, I feel something in my heart but I can't explain. It's like a pain but not really because I know I'm happy. It makes me proud seeing the maknae being a good unnie now. And I see maknae Wonyoung to our maknae Leeseo because she is also very sweet and clingy to her unnies. I prefer those kind of maknaes than evil or tsundere maknaes. That's why it was never hard for me to love and accept Leeseo (cause I used to say Wonyo's gonna be the last maknae I will cherish and love) I really hope that many people would see how much IVE mean to Wonyoung. They are more than just co-workers to her. Otherwise, she would not treat them well off-cam. causes based on their shared stories on pm, it is still the same Wonyoung I know from before. You brought up a really really good point in the beginning. It's funny that people who don't even watch IVE's content think they know how close they are. For example I have been a fan since pre-debut and I have watched every episode of "1,2,3 IVE". If the twitter and tiktok antis would actually see stuff like "1,2,3 IVE" they would keep quiet and see that these girls have a cute friendship. It's also upsetting that they are being told they are co-workers even though they are only a 1 year old group. LIKE GEEZ. Give these girls some time. They may not be super close but they sure as hell don't hate each other. Also personally from a fan's perspective, I like their personalities, because they are my type of people. ive was the group that really got me into kpop and i absolutely love them!! i think it’s sad that people assume they’re only coworkers from clips around their debut and dont watch their content on yt. they clearly get along together very well but they just arent loud and chaotic. they’re calm but still energetic when they want to be. it’s been over a year since their debut and they’ve gotten sm closer which is really great to see
