I think its just her vocals were really bad during the performance. The song is great and catchy but I think she didnt perform well at all unfortunately
Well already 9 years past and still it’s a hit. This song Deserves the win and the fact that i hear this song on a fun fair at the moment means this song derserves extremly more. Common it’s even one of my favorites songs ever from eurovision.
That's Björn Djupström, he was a backup singer and also one of the Swedish co-songwriters of this song. He has also written songs for artists like Loreen, Måns Zelmerlöw, Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull, Nicki Minaj[ and Enrique Iglesias.
I was 8 when my mum was taking my sister to bed while I waited for my turn in my parent's bedroom. I wasn't paying attention to the TV until I saw what I first thought looked like 4 dancing sheep - I made my mum wait until the song was finished before I could go to bed that night. Now, 10 years later I am watching this performance again and I owe so many things to this song. The days and weeks after that night I would play the song again and again, and I slowly began to discover the world of Eurovision. Through Eurovision, I found my friends at school, and we were so obsessed that would never get bored talking about it. I made so many memories thanks to Eurovision, ones that I will always remember. Even in tougher times, Eurovision helped me ease my sadness as I've struggled accepting myself for many years. Yes, I still have worse moments now but thankfully I am beginning to morph into my identity. What I've written here may get lost in the comment section, and I'd say I'd be lucky if people even read it at all. But I would like to leave it here as thanks to all the wonderful people that have contributed to making Eurovision a success along the years. So finally to Ivi Adamou, you didn't win the competition but you won my attention, and for me that probably saved my life. Love, Daniel.
I was 8 too at that time damn… and every word you said I can relate to. Eurovision reminds me of my childhood and is one of the few things that help me get through my difficulties😭
Με πιο μοντερνα ρουχα και με αλλη χορογραφια θα ταν καλυτερο πιστευω. Του εδωσαν πιο κλασικη υποσταση με αυτη την εμφανιση ενω το κομματι ηθελε αλλου τυπου αντιμετωπιση. To τραγουδι ωστοσο ηταν ΑΠΙΣΤΕΥΤΟ και οταν το ακουσα ειχα πει αυτο θα ειναι στην πενταδα.. εχασε απ τη σκηνικη παρουσια πιστευω With more modern clothes and another choreo it would be better I think.. They gave a more classic aspect with these costumes, while the song required another aspect. The song however was UNBELIEVABLE and when I heard it here in Greece I said this is on top 5!
Winx Magic well she doesn't have a good voice here and Cyprus doesn't have a huge amount of money. But in this case the voice was just a letdown and that was why it finished still good, but not at the top. This wasn't about money at all.
This song seriously has the most charisma of any eurovision song. I love it soo soo much. I watch both semifinals and the album version and i know the breaks and the difference between all 3. I love her energy..super fun I love it the USA loves you. Kudos. She is simply fabulous and fun.
