We've been wanting to leave Colorado for a while. Back in October I mentioned St. George to my wife as a possible new place to move to. We took a trip out there in early November and fell in love. We grabbed a sandwich and ate it in Harmon's. Earlier this month we made a trip to find a place to rent while our Colorado home was on the market. A new listing in Ivins popped up on Zillow while we were there. We contacted an agent to have it shown to us. It was the place. We went home and worked with loan people in St. George to create a bridge loan. We got approved. We made an offer on the home and it was accepted. We will be moving to Ivins. Everybody we've met in the area has been wonderful.

Your new neighbors in Utah will be very friendly until they learn you are not joining the LDS church...Then they will ignore you and do you dirt.

If you want live in Ivins, bring lots of money!
