16rnd mags tend to do this, but newer mags tend to work it out after a break in period. I think they are Elander brand, but IWI may have switched to MecGar? Some of the new Jericho Enhanced polymer comes with 17rnd mags. MecGar Tanfoglio/Witness "small frame" mags and MecGar CZ75B/SP01 mags with the blue follower will work just fine in 17, 18, and 19 capacities. I have an older IMI Jericho with MecGar CZ75B 17rnd mags, and all but two worked flawlessly. Those two worked flawlessly after a 100rnd break in.
