I like having fun! I am learning how to vlog and edit videos, thumbnails, etc. I will post anything from podcasts, vlogs, unboxing, DIY videos of just stupid videos that make me laugh.
Just got mine today and installed it very easy simple to do but can you show a video on how to change the background like using the USB like picture off the internet?
I have a question, in my 2017 Street Glide CVO, if I push the button on the right of the handlebar, on the original screen I see the outside temperature, is this function also available in this new radio?
Was there a protective film on yours out of the box? I had a piece of tape in the top left corner that wasn't attached to anything. It has scratches across the entire front of the screen.
I’ve been using a hyper tough 1/4 20 volt driver for two years building grow boxes for green houses. Never had a problem driving 3 1/2 inch deck screws in 2 years. My only complaint is the driver didn’t come with a quick charger. That’s good and bad. Quick chargers are very hard on batteries.

What was the final lowering mods? I’m also 5’5 looking for a road glide haha Been trying to see who’s lowered it for practical use and I think your the guy Any recommendations ?
I got some on mine and they don’t feel safe at all to me. Matter of fact when I was tightening up the shock bolts it pulled the bracket away from the 2 slide adjusters for lining up the axle. So I feel like one good bump to come loose and I think my rear end will all come loose lol
so I have an question I put this head unit on my roadglide but it's not flush like the oem was? was your this way as well? I have an 2016 harley davidson roadglide
I must correct. I've had my hyper tough cordless impact driver for 4 years and it's still going and I use it quit often. The battery is awesome. This cheap thing took lugs off my car when a DeWalt could not. Guess it's like cars everyone likes certain models. But I've never had a problem with it. What type of problem did you have with the battery? Mine same battery is going strong after 4 years. Even went through a house fire. I personally recommend this tool. There is a guy on you tube testing several if different ones and hyper touch won several of the demonstrations that the gentleman performed.
I've had the Hyper tough driver as well as the reciprocating saw for about three years. I find with the reciprocating saw it's better to get the bigger 4 amp hour battery but on my impact driver which I mostly use to quickly remove the smaller Fasteners of small engines a smaller battery usually lasts me quite a while. It surprised me a few times relaxing at Fasteners off I could remove by hand. I'm aware it's not intended as an impact wrench but it seems to handle many those the impact wrench tasks I throw at it.
i have an 18 road glide like yours, thinking of upgrading to this unit. with the same speakers did you notice any difference in sound of the bat ?, lowder ?
I patch And repair drywall for a living I use hyper tough every day you beat them up they work like shit but I will just go buy a new one ain’t no thing but a chicken wing But the 20 V circular saw I would not buy again
Did you retain all your thumb controls to navigate through the radio or just the volume and skip button? And also what did you use to get the wireless apple carplay?
U spray everything yourself to blacken it all out? If so can you go over what paint u used? Thanks again. U def giving me the courage to pull the trigger. 👍🏽🇺🇸
Yea I used a Dupli-Color engine paint so it handles the high temp of the motor and exhaust. I will eventually change all those parts out for factory black parts now that i know i like that look tho that way i dont have to worry so much about paint chipping because it will.
Changing the shocks is fine idea, however, how do the shocks compare to Legends'? I don't see a lot of guys lining up to buy Burley brand shocks. Putting on crappy shocks to lower the bike doesn't make sense to me.
Ha... Im cheap. To be fair though this is one of the times it would have just been better spending the money up front and getting a good quality shock then doing it 3 different times
Solo riding I'm good. 2up tho I'm a little worried because of my footing but still manageable. So I believe 1" lowered will be good. If you had to do it all over again, knowing what you know now, what would you do? My main concern is functionality and keeping my stock shocks if possible! 2021 SGS
If you want to keep stock shocks maybe try a low profile seat or reduced reach seat. To do it all over though I would go with a new lower shock right away.
Hey buddy, I have a 2016 street glide. Do you think it’ll work for me. Also did you have any issues with the shocks rubbing on the inside of your saddlebags?
Yea I turned it on for a min but was getting some distortion. If you do the new update it take that loud away but gives you a 13 band eq instead of 10. All you have to do this is put each setting on 6 and it’s the same as loud
Does this head unit offer the same functionality as the HD stock one on my 2020 Road Glide Limited? Like TPMS readout, whether EITMs is on or not, time since last service, being able to see fault codes....you know, all that HD crap.
@@daileyshow8353 Rats... a map update through HD is frikkin expensive. I thought I could get around that by using Google Maps and Android Auto. Thanks bud.
@@Chilllybob Yea Advan black is more expensive than a lot of stuff on Amazon. There is some stuff i'd rather buy from there like anything color match if you don't just have vivid black like me but the head light just save the money and get the amazon one.
