FIELD your Heart (เซาฮม เงาเถียง) for #ISANCF2024 by STUX2:

“STUX2 presents ‘FIELD your Heart (เซาฮม เงาเถียง)’, a site-specific architectural installation that reimagines the traditional Thai architecture of ‘Tiang Na’. The project involves deconstructing and reconstructing certain components of ‘Tiang Na’ to create an experimental design.

* Replacing regular roofs with layers of translucent fabrics, polyesters, and reflective PVCs in various colours and patterns, which are synchronized with LED lights that reflect the vibrant colours and weaving patterns found in traditional Isan textiles.

* Converting post-and-beam structures into tensile structures to create open spaces for visitors to relax, rejuvenate, and appreciate the beauty of ‘Tiang Na’.

Through this collaboration, we aim to reinterpret ‘Tiang Na’ in a new and exciting way.”
