No offense to J. Boogie but Larry made him look an amateur! I was just looking the whole time like "How the hell did this dude make it to the same stage?" Lol.
Oh my i'm still cracking up at 8:22 when Laurent dances behind Larry :D. He so crazy. Haha. Anyone notice at 7:08 when J-Boogie does that insane jump into the air right in front of Larry and scares the crap out of him. Lool. Then Larry tries to style it out by dancing. That just cracked me up. You could see the fright in his face. Oh gosh, the les twins are just too funny :)
This was complete domination by Larry, I saw this video before but on mobile but now looking in big screen with high quality can easily see big difference from then vs now.
I adore the twins, simply put: they are freaking awesome. Because of them this ole gal going to take dancing lesson, best workout ever. Best Dancers EVER.............
What the heck the Twins won at showing up, because they just showing out now. I am from the USA and dance is dance and they won that, no tie breaker was needed.
Stop being a mess up just becuase larry messed up boogie. Dance is based on getting the croud to cheer up. And larry knew exactly the moves to get his title won. boogie did great but larry was better. And btw what has being from USA to do with this.
Lilputin Aworld Read this here person, 15 people plus me are stating that the Les twins showed up and showed out, meaning that they are the best dancers of the battle. And the reason I said USA is because someone said something about Boogie being from the USA. So I stated that I am too from the USA and the Les twins still won, and that no tie break was needed. I see you read my comment, but you sure as heck didn't understand it. Please get clarity before you post on anyone else post. And if you feel Boogie won maybe you should have strolled down to another comment who states that Boogie won, because our 16 Opinions is that the Les twins won!
Lilputin Aworld you're completely wrong about the concept of dance & shouldn't even be commenting on this if you think dance is all about getting the crowd amped...
The twins definitely killed boogie, but boogies is a great dancer. He had just finished a set so he was pretty tired. I don't think j boogie is better I just think j boogie could've gave a better performance.
J Boogie was the "defending champion"..OMG!!.. the competition that year must have really sucked!!!... then Les Twins show up, and everyone realises just how far behind they are from those two!!! LOL!
I agree with you John Fortune , but still he lost the battle , boogie had more musicality in the second round , laurent won the first one , but boogie killed it in the second one
The crowd so shady they said they needed one more round so they can continue to see them dance knowing dance well that boogie dude was elementary compared to Les 💯💯💯🤣🤣🤣 can’t blame em tho 😍
Incredible MOVES!!! Idk how anyone on earth learns how to do that let alone it coming natural etc. & how do they even THINK of what moves to do....& the stuff with standing on tiptoes & how they often twist their ankles around...I get a sprain just watching. LOL!
he wins coz he just deserve tht win , literally say , u can easily see tht les twins are on different level , from my own experience no one can reach their level ..... there are many who dance better thn them but also there is no body who can even touch their level... so hand salute u both 2wins.....
wow! after i sincerely love these twins' dance skillz...but J-Boogie's attack on Lau' in last video was an astounding feat. thank goodness Larry saved the day wit this sensational display of pure dominance in the game.
+Peter Parker Because when they were kids, they saw their older brother wearing it like this, and they wanted to wear it the same way. They wanted to look special (and they still do). I agree it must be uncomfortable sometimes. If I were a man, I would feel uncomfortable that I can't check if the zip doesn't unzip by accident. But I've never seen them with unzipped pants when performing or having a workshop :)
yup they do when they were little they stole candey so there mum mzde them were there pants backward to school thdn from thdn they juxt started to were it like that
I forget that they are both 6'4" ..i can see the height when they are standing next to those other guys.. They have to be from 5'10" - 6'0" but Larry and Laurent make them seem shorter than average lmfao
I remember watching this battle in High School. Larry's musicality was decent, but he's WAY more spot on with his moves now. J-Boogie took the second round and Larry took the first and last one. They both dope.
Naiyla Williams exactly basically. I have only seen one team that went against Les twins that were actual good was those Asian girls they danced against
!!! LES TWINS !!! Starting @1.07 to 1:57 it's my favorite and sickest 1min set ever!! That was the best, my favorite, and the most I've ever had to rewind, Your Crazy!! Your are so blessed with talent bro!!!
@@Eye-Wandering I can't see that happening. Les Twins always kill it to the songs they know. They do dominate competitions, but when the music is random and they go up against other skilled and experienced dancers, then it evens out. I'm sure they would destroy Nonstop if they battled him to any of their songs at their workshops, but Nonstop would do the same if they battled to dubstep or funk music. So in a competition setting, it's up in the air. Plus they haven't really battled many animators
@@Deon.Z well but les twins have the edge of dancing to LITERALLY EVERY songs and i watch LITERALLY all their dance. Les twins have Alot of styles and they use them effortless. Nonstop have basically few styles and that would be hard to keep up with les twins. Dubstep or Popping are basically the same. He can't just dominate in 1 style. Trust me. You gotta be unique and special(ALIEN LIKE) to step up on les twins.
@@Eye-Wandering It's not about how many styles you can do. That's not what dancing is at the core. And Les Twins each have their own style while incorporating tidbits of other styles in their dance, which is what every dancer does. Larry uses a lot of isolated movements, quick footwork, robotics and ticking, and heavy hits and vibrations at key points in the song, along with using his face a lot for expressive moves and show off his skill in musicality. You can even see his face and neck tick whenever he does he hit showing how every part of his body is involved in the music. He'll also use his fingers a lot, but doesn't really do waves or anything. His arms will move along with the rest of his body. His footwork is good, but he doesn't do long smooth glides and his toe spin is a little weak because he fails to complete the full rotation sometimes, but his balance is insane. But while Larry has intricate musicality and a few hard hitting moves, his struggles with building up hype and doing "Wow!" moves in a moment's notice because he's focused on hitting every small beat, and his signatures generally remain the same. Laurent is kind of the opposite of Larry. He has a lot more freedom in his movements. He's a better freestyler because he usually tries new things. Laurent is good at floor moves, spins, and maintaining a high state of energy throughout his dance. He has a little footwork, but nothing impressive. Laurent is good at using the whole floor whereas Larry is better at staying in place. Laurent will generally not make facial expressions during his dance. And Laurent doesn't always know how to use his arms since he'll usually do the same moves with his arms when standing or try something new, but it doesn't usually flow well with the test of his body. Larry's isolations are better which is noticeable when they do their choreos, which is how you can notice which parts of their choreos Larry led in. But Laurent's ability to back up Larry is unmatched. Laurent doesn't just predict what Larry is going to do, but he'll do it with other dancers too. He gets involved in other dancers' moves like at competitions and at workshops too. That's why when Les Twins are twinning, you'll usually see Larry taking the lead with his crazy musicality and Laurent supporting with movements that compliment Larry's. But you'll rarely, if at all, see the reverse. Larry is a little bit more selfish when he dances. He's too focused on his own moves. Even when he's trying to support Laurent, he's usually just hyping him up instead of complimenting Laurent's movements. But the point of all of this is to show you that Les Twins' moves and styles can be broken down and they each have a general way of moving/dancing like every other dancer. Nonstop on the other hand is a lot more fluid than both of them. If it comes to looking unreal, or "alien", then he has them both beat. His body is like water. He uses waves and glides together to make himself really fluid and smooth. But with popping, he's able to hit hard and fast at key moments, even while waving. Combining these with robotics and animation makes Nonstop dangerous. Nonstop's toe stands and spins give him an edge. With his balance and fluidity, he can do some pretty crazy moves, and he's not afraid to try new things. But overall, Nonstop has Les Twins beat in creativity if I'm being honest. Animation is a style which emphasizes creativity and diversity since story telling is a main factor, whereas hip-hop is going to have steps and techniques. But in an actual dance battle, it's going to come down to who dances better to the music at that moment. Any experienced dancer who has been to multiple competitions and done performances and workshops has danced to just about every style of music I guarantee you. Dubstep is not a style of dance, it's a genre of music. I never said Les Twins haven't battled any animators, I said they rarely do. And Fikshun is not an animation dancer, but heavily incorporates it into his main style of hip-hop. Yes Larry did do better than Fikshun in the exhibition battle they had which wasn't judged, but search up Fikshun versus Laurent, which wasn't really a battle, but you can see Fikshun do much better then Laurent because he knew the song way better, and his musicality was flawless whereas Laurent couldn't hit a single beat. Trust me when I say Les Twins are human like everyone else. I'm not downplaying their skills, but if you were an experienced dancer and involved more in the dance world, you would be able to understand the ins and outs and each and every move and style more. Techniques and illusions would be easier to understand to the point where they won't look "alien" anymore. Impressive, but not "alien" and unrealistic.
