I swear Omen is underrated AF!!! His verse is so cold and deep "I'm in the dungeon fam, I see low green" Cee lo green was part of dungeon family C'mon man the way he used that metaphor for the context of the song is too hard!!!

Shit is classic now. Brings back so many memories. Back then I was honestly giving up on rap lokey. All I listened to was rap from my childhood and other genres. Then I just happened to see the video for Simba on RU-vid. Cole was walking through the streets and killing it. I searched for him on Datpiff later and found this mixtape. It literally made me have hope for hip hop.

not gonna lie, im not gonna say i was here from the beginning bc simply i wasnt... i discovered cole probably around the time the sideline story came out and been a fan ever since. listening to that album only made me even more curious and my love for him grew even more too. i sat down one day and listened to every song and album he has made. i appreciated him as an artist more. this mixtape was amazing and this song is underrated.
This track is phenomenal, the tune is fluid and his words are amazing. He's definitely among the best out and if he can keep it up, he'll be out for a LONG time.
Number one favorite track off FNL. I got so pissed when Omen performed this on the FHD tour and Cole ain't performed his part...then I missed the Dollar and Dream III tour in ATL....so....basically....I'll probably never hear the whole song live. *SMH*

Ive been to 2 J cole concerts, one of which was 4 hours away in Erie PA.but on the real, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A BETTER CONCERT! Im telling you, homeboy does his thing WITH NO HYPE MAN! he IS the hype! Omen came out in both shows, i was drunk as funk having the time of my life. lol if you ever get a chance go see him, do it. money well spent
