J. Daniel Smith- He Who Began A Good Work (Medley) (Hosanna! Music) 

I lost my daughter unexpectedly a month ago. This is the absolute worst pain I have ever felt in my life. Last week as I was doing my morning devotion I went to Integrity Music on youtube. I saw this song and remembered it from years ago. It was exactly what I needed for the day. The Lord reminded me through this song that the work he started in me when I was 4 years old, He would complete it. I don't understand the "why" of losing my daughter, but I know that He is in control and He is the strength of my broken heart.

He saved me when I went off a six-story bridge in a dump truck, and now I'm in Bible College.

Jesus Christ is my Lord I encountered him in 1980 through reading the bible and got born-again .Then in 1983 i was in bed sleeping and woke up to find Jesus standing next to my bed i felt his love over me he said nothing but I will never forget the glory the love in his face he is no dead god he was raised from the dead on the 3 rd day and I know that I know he is alive because I have seen him .Not every one gets to have experiences with Jesus like I have had but he said blessed are those who believe but have not seen so no matter what put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ .

So many churches have abandoned this type of music to introduce their new songs that lack the anointing of the Spirit of God. Songs like this one usher in church revivals, healings, and salvation! May God raise up men and women worship leaders who don't bring glory to themselves, but instead bring glory to the worthy one, our King of Kings, and Lord of Lords!!

This morning as i got ready for work and my heart feeling the pain of a broken relationship with my daughter ,the Holy Spirit dropped this ageless song of He who began a good work in me and as i opened youtube it was just there...❤

These songs were introduced to me more than 30 years ago..and they remain to inspire me because as I read the Bible i see the songs are based DIRECTLY on the Word in the Bible..be blessed shalom!

I first listened to this song when I was a new follower of Yahshua/Jesus Christ two decades ago and I still remember those days and it blessed my memory.! Thanks and Praise be to our Redeemer Jesus Christ the Sovereign Ruler of the Ages.!! Amen

God indeed is the strength of my life, for in Him I move and have my being. Importance of being brought up in the knowledge of the word of God cannot be over emphasized. The Holy Spirit will bring the right word to rememberance in times of need. God is faithful, loving and slow to anger. God is not a man, that He should lie, neither the son of man, that He should repent.......Numbers 23 vs 19. Selah!

4AM this morning, I awoke hearing "He who began a good work in you is FAITHFUL to complete it"

Jesus broke the chains Satan used to bind me, but I messed up big time. Sometimes fear and despair overwhelm me, but then this song comes along and I know He will perfect what He began in my life.

These songs keep you connected to the Lord.

Nothing can replace singing the Word back to the Word!

This song is part of my testimony; I started life as a Christian and in recent times got involved in drugs, twice I had a heart attack and my heart stopped beating but the second time was worse...whiles fainting I had to walk back a mile, feeling my legs numb and buckling beneath me and feeling my heart cramp worse than any bodily pain I have ever felt, and struggling to breathe. I couldnt call paramedics for reasons I cant disclose but the life I was involved with in no way could afford that outcome. So I had to walk back home, leaving the party I was at because the environment I knew was making my heart feel worse. But I had a mile to walk. During that walk I could feel myself fading in and out of reality and death was knocking at my door. The Devil began to attack me greater than ever with doubt and guilt, discouraging me from calling on the Lord Jesus...but God said he will never leave nor forsake me. I remembered that much. I remembered the word of God being the sword of truth and faith was the shield I needed to withstand the physical and spiritual attack...and the Lord extended grace to me! I remembered this song from my childhood days, back when I was 4 and began to sing it with conviction, and so now I say the power of this song with its unadulterated use of scripture is part of my testimony and one I will remember in my Christian walk...death has no power over any who believe that Christ Jesus is our Lord and redeemer, our healer, protector...without trusting him I would not be typing here today!

I loved these wonderful songs on cassette many years ago. The songs have never left me, what a blessing to find them again

Indeed it is only God who is the strength of my heart and my portion. Forever I shall be grateful to Him.

My spirit goes into worship mode every time i've heard these worship songs from Hosanna Music!!!!!!!!!! Praise God!!!!! God used praise and worship songs from this group to minister to and carry, my brother and i on higher levels spiritually. Anointed songs like these are so important!!!!!!!!!

Others may give up and discard you but the Lord is Semper Fidelis " Forever Faithful " to finish the work that He started in you. And with faithfully complete it and present you to the Father, without spot and wrinkle. That is to say, blameless and perfect.

Please don't ever take these songs down. They bless me 🙌 Throughout my 40 plus years as a christian I use these songs when i'm alone in my worship time to the LODR👑 These songs are anointed by the HOLY SPIRIT. I appreciate them more than you would ever know. Worship is the greatest thing In our relationship With the LORD & the Trinity. Y Because God says there is nothing in the Bible that pleases him. But only Faith, and he is very pleased when we truly worship him. Because He looks at us and says WOW! Now that's Faith! Someone is worshiping me without seeing me. Let's do our best to win souls for he that WINS SOULS is wise. We're to walk in love the Holy Spirit is the convictor and God is the judge. For it is appointed once for man to die. After that, the judgment. Let It be our vision to keep as much of man kind Out of that judgment, but rather put his name. In the lambs book of life. Because God so love He gave his only Son. The whole heart beat of Jesus is the loss. And there's a lot of things he likes. But 2 things He loves the poor & the needy. We're the salt of the earth let's start making people thirsty again for Jesus. We need to love Him more then life. And I need Him like the fish needs the see 🌊 GOD BLESS 🙌

i am so amazed that He who promised is faithful..indeed He will finished what He started.. Gen. 28:15 says "I will never leave you until I fulfill all of what I have promised you"

Integrity music has been my inspiration since 1991 when I received the gift of righteousness in Christ.

This was one of the sweetest era of worship music .I shouted I wept I leaped ..or was it just cause I was new to the holy ghost? Proly both . I couldn't wait for church to start an didnt want it to end .

I've not taken the time, until tonight, to listen to this song for quite some time. Wow, do I miss this kind of truly worshipful and CHRIST-centered music. Quite abit of today's music saddens me because I fail to see much if any of a difference between rock n' roll and hard music and today's 'praise music'. We are not to at ANY time even think about stepping on the devil's territory and today's music comes dangerously close to that territory. Even so LORD JESUS come.
