Mother's Support. Even though his father opposed his decision to become a dancer, his mother supported him financially by working in another country. In fact, J-Hope was so grateful to his mother that he wrote and dedicated an entire song to her. That’s very touching, you know. Birthday Surprise from other BTS Members. On his first birthday after debut, the BTS members surprised him with a special video letter from the members, his manager, and his family.
