I always thought I didn't like rap and hip hop and pop and stuff. Always just stuck to metal because I knew I liked it. Watching you guys because I wanted to see an outsiders take on the metal genre, but now I'm using you guys as a spring board for getting into other genres. Thanks for opening me up to new music.

I wandered into hip hop because of my brother in law, but I completely get what you are saying. I've been able to listen to more artists that I'd never hear of otherwise. I'm a fan of music, all genres and I appreciate seeing videos covering any and all genres.

That last bar is absolutely insane. Lupe levels of lyricism, let me break down the stuff your guys missed. That last sentence "addicted, my lead sick on em send em to hell" means that despite knowing violence doesn't solve problems he can't seem to stop (this seems to make him question his sanity "Am I sick in the head"? He's also using writing utensils (his pen vs. his lead) as a metaphor for his music vs a life of violence as a way of life. It kinda connects all the themes in the entire song and explains the hypocrisy you guys were noticing. Some of the best lyricism I've seen this decade.

Man J.I.D displayed such a dope stylistic flow in this track and the beat also was fire. His writing in this gave us an idea of who he is and a bit about his past that says some of the most realist shit. He even said it in the "my pen carries my many sins" verse. Dope ass wordplay there J.I.D is someone nobody should sleep on real shit. Good looks on this dope J.I.D reaction Lost In Vegas.

Cool reaction once again! Damn, I'm starting to appreciate rap more because of you guys! Here are some suggestions for flagship metal with groove, awesome drumming and catchiness that I think you would enjoy. All bands are very different: FEAR FACTORY - Zero Signal or Self Bias Resistor off their landmark album Demanufacture, which spawned a whole genre (including a part of Gojira's sound). Very innovative and groundbreaking, while remaining catchy and headbang-y af KYUSS - Gardenia, or Asteroid, or actually any song off the Welcome to Sky Valley album. Tool recognised this album as an influence. I vastly prefer Kyuss MACHINE HEAD - Desire to Fire, or The Blood, The Sweat, The Tears, or From This Day ( a mix of Pantera, Metallica, Fear Factory, and Rage against The Machine, and even some rap! (on this album))

In case anyone still watches this 4 years later. The "Lead sick em" bar is referencing Hell and Hellhounds. When you have a guard dog you "sick 'em" meaning release them on trespassers. He is doing the same for the bullet from is gun to his enemies (like the bullet is a Hellhound) and once they die they go to hell. Shit is fvcken crazy.

I've always wondered why people can typically like only one type of music and all the rest "sucks". That's being closed minded, there is so much talent in all genres. I'll listen to it all, classic, metal, rap, country etc etc. That being said, I would love to see your reaction to a band that pretty much saved my life through my depressive teenage years. I dont know if you guys saw it or if you’d even be interested in it, but I think a really cool reaction would be to HOT97’s “Five Minutes of Funk”. They give dj’s 5 minutes to show off their art at their best. The new one with DJ Precision is amazing. Just like you always say there are different levels of rap and hip-hop there are different levels of creativity and skill you see in this guy. Another one of those aspects of hip-hop not appreciated enough along with getting overshadowed by the mainstream. The least Flex could have done is got his name right at the end though lmfao
