I normally hate the un-retiring thing, but I would be thrilled to see JJ come back and get a ring with the team he meant so much to. Plus he played alongside Ryans his rookie year. It would be a very personal thing, not just detached opportunism. And he is approaching it very reasonably. He is not forcing it to stay in the spotlight. If it all lines up, he would do it, but he accepts if it doesn't line up. And it's not like he has already won multiple Super Bowls and just can't be happy with what he has. He was an elite player-should've been MVP in 2014-but never got to play in a single Super Bowl.

I love JJ All time Texans great !! But what I think is going on here is JJ wants to Play period probably like to join mid Season if we are doing really well . But his Wife is on him she's a ex-athlete also so she's worried he will get hurt and they have a child so she wants him safe . But watch when he talks about it he feels the best he has since 2011 his Rookie yr. And the Team that drafted him & the City that Loves him are back in it and he feels like he can play and be effective perhaps helping get US to the SB !! Which Win or Lose would still be a awesome Season to me . But yeah he wants to play it's obvious !!

Just come home during the playoffs and help the Superbowl run even more special.
