okay, just watch Rupert's face as Jo and Emma talk about the kiss. When Jo says "And Emma said 'i think I'm going to have to kiss Rupert, aren't I?" Rupert face goes from blank to a full out grin!
I love how Rupert looks over at Emma at 0:39 then touches his lips. Then Emma looks over at him twice and kind of sighs the 2nd time as if she's longing for him. I don't know, but it really reminds me of when they look at each other behind Harry's back in Order of the Phoenix, and they totally eye-fuck each other. I know I'm reading too much into things, but they like each other! You can't look at these two people and say they're like brother and sister...no one looks at their brother like that.
0:41 - 0:46 You can see Emma looking at Rupert and then the second time you can see her sighing heavily dissapointed that Rupert didn't look at her. It's so OBVIOUS they love each other.
The relationship of Ron & Hermione is same as the relationship of Rupert & Emma. I think it was real stroy of secret love in both movie and reality . It was kind of #methodacting indirectly.
@nick19967768 The mere fact that Emma and Rupert's kiss was more awkward than Emma and Dan's was because there are feelings attached! emma and dan can kiss "vigorously" and talk about it because they have no feelings towards each other whatsoever.emma and rupert obviously both know what are the consequences if they ever expose any sign of having feelings towards each other and they would naturally try to avoid that.Also,they have grown up with the characters.If Ronmione happened, Rupemma can:)
@JUstBeAQeEn J.K.Rowling explains that when talking to Emma some years before, Emma had guessed she would end up having to kiss Rupert (probaly taking it from the hints that have been there so long) and J.K. Rowling told her that if everything went as planned she would have to kiss Rupert as well as Daniel. Emma , only being 14 at the time, was mortified by that idea. But yeah 7th book, 2 kisses and she did brilliantly.
THEY TRUELY DESERVED THE BAFTA AWARD :D I WOULD OF LIKED TO SEE EMMA'S REACTION AT 14 WHEN JO TOLD HER SHE HAD TO KISS DAN AND RUPERT. THAT WOULD BE PRICELESS.
@JUstBeAQeEn Emma said that because she was only 14 at the time, the idea of kissing Rupert and Daniel was simply horrifying to her. I mean, can you imagine if, say, you and your best friend of the opposite gender were ina school play, and in the script you two had to kiss? she had to kiss TWO of her best friends.
i feel bad for rupert, emma always talks about how bad it was to kiss rupert but i don't think rupert feels the same way. i know they both say they were in the same boat and it was like kissing a sibling but it seems like a 1 way street to me.
@nick19967768 sigh.Rupert actually repeatedly couldnt differentiate Emma and Hermione in interviews and Emma to Rupert, sometimes. PLUS, they have been in this franchise for 10 years, have their relationship built to that moment therefore there's a lot of pressure on them and when asked about it, their answers to it change!Look,if they wanna date who they wanna date, let them be.Im just saying, I can't deny all the little hints these two have been giving in interviews.
there were rumors that emma went out with rupert since the end of 2010 before the 2011 premier. And how weird that daniel got away from them, other rumors said that daniel was angry with them 2. And if so it was true the other rumors that daniel was with emma from 2003 to 2005 seems perfect if he got angry and separated more from them and more from rupert. Because the women of friends do not touch each other and more if Daniel had something with emma. If all I say is that of Rupert is a coward and that I admire him as an actor but if you liked emma for a long time and you did not say anything by timid and it was Daniel who walked first with her, you should know that the woman of friends it is not touched by more than they no longer walk more. And something of everything must to see Daniel in the last premier of part 1 and 2 was very distant with them 2.
it's good to remember that this are just rumors and people talk too much. also, I disagree, I think daniel was close to them in the premier, sharing compliments and everything.
