I’ve heard several versions of this concerto, but for me, it’s one of the best I’ve heard so far. Maurice Andre’s interpretation is astonishing, not only for the sensibility he imprints on the theme but also the incredible and fabulous sound he extracts from the trumpet . The concerto was written by one of the most magnificent composers of this period with unparalleled harmony and elegance. The orchestra and its direction are fabulous. Viva Hummel and his fascinating and amazing music. Thanks for this undoubted moments of pleasure that this recording gives us.
i guess Im randomly asking but does any of you know a method to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow forgot the account password. I would love any tricks you can give me.
I like Thing’s better than this. This pace almost seems frenetic to me. And even though the trumpeter’s technique is wonderful, the interpretation reminds me of a jazz club performance in some parts.
