Absolutely :) I once heard it played in the Freiburg (Germany) Munster, which has one of the deepest basses ever (32' or even 64' pipes, not sure), and it hit 8.6 on the Richter Scale. In fact, that was the name of the Organist "Karl Richter" ;)
