The Toccata and Fugue in D minor, BWV 565, is a piece of organ music written, according to its oldest extant sources, by Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750). The piece opens with a toccata section, followed by a fugue that ends in a coda. Scholars differ as to when it was composed. It could have been as early as c. 1704.
Hans-André Stamm (born 1958) is a German organist and freelance composer who lives in Leverkusen, near Cologne, in Germany.

The "nice building" is a lutheran church. Almost all of the works of Bach are religious and were written to be performed during church services.

dude, BACH i't the greatest componist by a mile, even according to his fellow composers. exams. Mozart hated to write Fuga's BACH wrote them without any complain or so, Every single contrapunt in every key major or minor. He had round 20 kids he home thought everyday till 13;00''o,CLOCK and right after that he had to be composing a masterpiece every single day§... Sanctus (miss B-minor?) 10 folded fugue... yeah , yeah Beethoven did a 10 fold..... bla bla waaaaaay after the biggest of them all B.A.C.H.

Fun side note : German „bach“ is actually the doublette of English „beach“ , but in English the meaning has shifted to describe a sandbank , while in German the original meaning of „brook, stream“ is kept . So Herr Bach and his ancestors are actually the Brooks family in English .

@@SevenEllen loch doesn't have a breathy h. It is pronounced like lock. The ch sound in Bach doesn't have an equivalent sound in the English language. It is produced in the back of your throat. The back of your tongue is near the top of your mouth so that only very little air is going through. It is hard to describe ;D
