I also LOVE making shrugs and shawls so this is a challenge that is right up my alley 😘! I will probably try to make It with Sincere sock yarn from Expression fiber arts. She has this GORGEOUS 🧶 that will make it so flowy and drapey but it's got 75% superwash merino wool so it will also be nice if I need it on a cool summer evening 😉.. LOVE it! Hi Miss J Love the shrug. The stitching is fabulous as well as the color. Good Job That made the best ice cream. better than electric. I haven't heard Fantasia in a long time. Wondering how she is doing.

This is very beautiful, thank you J. I would like to use this pattern to make a shrug or light summer vest, but making the boarders much more narrow so that more of the pretty pattern shows. I think I'll use a yarn from "Premier", a cotton and acrylic mix called Cotton Fair, I got it from Michaels. It's a wonderful thin yarn, great for the Summer. I used it making many beautiful items.

You are keeping busy, love the shrug, pretty color, would want the shorter side at my neck, don’t like bulk there. Cast on for 2x-3x s/b 133. 😉 Thanks ‘J’.

You know, if you don't see it closed, it would make a beautiful baby blanket that you could make into the shrug later. Think of the wonderful memories you could enjoy for years!

How to you choose yarns for your sweaters. I used Caron yarn for one and it turned out good, but then I used the I love this yarn for the same pattern and it stretches and is too big.

Can I make that in shawl,not so fund of shrug.

Is the cast-on amount for the 2x-3x,,, 130 or would it not be 133, because 20+20+93=133, please let me know, thanks!!
